2024. 'Terzetto' 8”H x 12”Dia, hand carved, unglazed stoneware clay

Showing the end result of creating 'Terzetto' from carving to the nerve-wracking moment of opening the kiln doors after the firing process, making all the hard work worthwhile.
With the many weeks spent working on this individual piece, as always, the most nerve-wracking part of working with clay is opening the kiln doors. . It was a joy to take it out and wrap it up ready to be taken to the gallery.
