Great video. Really interested in NEIPA and milkshake IPA. How does the minibrew handle for these types of beers? Also adding fruit or fruit juice 🤔 thanks look forward to the 6th

These are both very doable styles. Lactose can be added from the carousel during the boil (or even put right into the mash) to make the milkshake IPA, and NEIPAs are just about the right yeast and the right hops at the right times. You can add fruit juice as an ingredient in secondary. I recommend against using fruit solids at this time unless they are blended or you have a hop spider and want to manage their removal yourself. Remember everything needs to be able to come out via the trub container.

whe you did the last 2 conditioning steps if both of them are 5 degrees and not just on for 3 day ata 5 degrees?

You can bottle carbonated beer from a keg using the Blichmann Beergun.
