I think that maybe what you mentioned may have been part of it, but you also have to remember that she performed Don't Forget in the middle of her set, and Demi is one hell of a performer. She always gives it everything and leaves her heart out on the stage. That performance was shortly before her life took off and got out of control for lack of better terminology. She had people making petitions saying 'Sign if you hate Demi Lovato', she got called fat, she got called ugly, all her friends went against her, everyone hated her, it got so bad she rang her Mom crying in the toilets and asked to be home schooled. Obviously, bullying affected her seen as she developed Anorexia, Bulimia and she self harmed. You don't know how a person feels inside, but because of what she went through, it shows us
