We're in our fifth year of sun grown no till living soil here in northern MI. Started our 100 gal pots with 1/3 composted cow manure, 1/3 Pro Mix, 1/3 large perlite. Have had good success just top dressing with lots of Uncle Jim's worm castings and Roots Organic Uprising dry amendments (all three parts). Using mostly rain water with some well water. We use straw for a mulch layer but want to get into cover crops. Been a beautiful grow season, girls are frosty and getting some nice fall colors on the Red Congolese and Ice Cream Cake. Happy harvest growmies!
Nice that's how it's done you guys should look into organics alive my secret weapon you are deemed worthy cause I like your set up lol organics alive !
Looked into Organics Alive, seems like a great product just a bit out of our price range. We did add in some Recharge this year. Growing the Ice Cream Cake again, Purple Sunset, Periwinkle Pie, Greezy and Lemon Frosting. Fingers crossed for a nice cool, dry fall finish
No sir, we run fem seeds from a few different stateside seed banks. Just have a 4x4 tent to start and veg in, not really set up for keeping mothers around.
They work in a pinch but they’re not stable. Fill up a gallon of tap water drop some lemon juice ph to 6.2 . Leave it sit a an hour or 2 and it’ll be pretty close to right back where it was.
And what are you doing now? I wanna add if you use lemon juice then adjust the oh twice, the it should be more stable Do it the first time when you fill up your tank, let it sit for a day, then adjust it again Then it should be more stable

Great video good work my thoughts are if your going to go organic go the whole way with a no till system that's when you really start to feed your soil rather than you plant.
