I loved you just hanging out with your mom, and I’ll definitely have to try the Quakers Maple and Brown Sugar oatmeal since it’s Caleb’s favorite brand. you can use milk for pasta sauces, its a béchamel sauce (basically homemade alfredo) if u dont have other sauces for pasta or just wanna switch it up every so often
For my apartment I usually buy a large pack of raw chicken tenderloins and I little freezer bags of 3 in each. It works really well because all you have to do is take a baggie out and thaw it during the day and it’s ready to cook by the time dinner comes around. I also think doing that is a lot cheaper than buying precooked frozen chicken!
i feel like milk is definitely used in pasta, eggs, and mac n cheese, it’s also used in french toast, hot chocolate, used to make icecream plus icecream products like milkshakes. milk is used for a lot of things jules.
That’s me too with the itchy throat to vegetables and fruit! It’s so random it’s like with some certain fruits or vegetables and sometimes you won’t react and sometimes you will and people think you’re crazy but you’re not lmao! Glad to know I’m not alone
SNACK SUGGESTION FOR UR SALMON RICE BOWLS!!! Those little seaweed packs and i highly suggest sesame seeds(the wasabi ones aren't spicy just flavorful!! and im super picky!)
Jules, I sort of know what you're referring to in terms of the raw carrots. Raw carrots doesn't necessarily make my throat itch, but if you take the smallest bite of it, it feels like it's stuck in your throat where you can't fully swallow it (at least that's the case for me since my throat is so small). Idk if that's your case too or not, but I usually just drink water to help the carrot go down my throat. Unless, it's a super soft food and sorry if this sounds very weird & maybe a little gross, but my throat literally will not let me swallow anything unless it's throughouly chewed and this includes raw vegetables too and I'm thinking that's due to the size of my throat.

If u love Reeses, u have to get the peanut butter cups from Trader Joe's. They are to die for!!! Another good Trader Joe's snack is their talkies. They aren't too spicy, and they are so good

As for milk in your eggs yes you can use it. If you add a one teaspoon for each egg and whip it up it makes them lighter and fluffier.
