"if she can't say anything"? Who says she can't say anything? She has the freedom to honestly present the facts as she sees them. It's her right, and no one would take that away from her! So she didn't answer a single question and NO one would have faulted her if she had. Eye-service is a matter of interpretation! It's not factual. If she would to this story in a Court of Law that there really was a sexual encounter between her and the president, I'd be the first to stand with her.
A non-disclosure agreement can be easily lifted, any attorney can petition the Court for this, if her attorney sincerely believes she's telling the truth and he can produce the Non-Disclosure Agreement. That's hard evidence. However, she's "not telling", thats Not hard Evidence! and "it" simply won't work in a Court of Law. I'm thinking she doesn't want to set herself up for a possible Libel Suit which she could possibly face. After all she's not stupid! The outcry of Mainstream Media and public opinion doesn't hold water in a Court of Law.
