The animation in the comic gave the song a different feel. It's supposed to be the beat mesa, capable of creating a massive rift, but I can only think about the animation, where we were flying through skaia looking at kids through clouds

To me, it felt like the beginning of the next bit of the story. Despite being the end of the intermission. You saw the future events in the clouds and saw Jane waking up in Prospit, showing the Alpha session had begun.
This track perfectly represents the beat mesa and, considering the beat mesa is a universal hard-reset button and all the implications of that, that makes this absolutely amazing.
Aside from John's theme(Doctor) and it's remixes, this by far my favorite Homestuck theme... its such a relaxing yet upbeat song that it's hard to explain how awesome it is.
I literally sat there on the page and refreshed it like 5 times to hear this song over and over...finally had to force myself to move on to the new update today when people started talking about it.

Thing about Megalovania is that it's a remake of the final boss battle theme [of the same name] for an "Earthbound Halloween Hack," so it's supposed to loop somewhere before it fades out.

This [S] and the pages before start the 3 years travel across the furthest ring of Dave,Rose and the troll. And also the begining of the PM's pursuit against Jack Noir. And I guess the green curtains symbolises a new step in the adventure. (Forgive my english i'm not good when it comes to speak in english )
I love how it sounds like it starts in the middle of a song. Like you've stumbled on something monumental and will never see the full picture of.
