I live in France and have done French Ring with Rottweilers for several years....From 1986 to 2016 when I fractured my shoulder falling at home! It is a fantastic way to learn about dogs and to enjoy training them. what a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work.
@@matthewbiggerstaff5975 French ring involves obedience and bite work. Ring doesn't include tracking as does IPO. In ring the decoy wears a full suit whereas in IPO, I believe the decoy uses a sleeve. Very different from each other.
I am glad to see the dogs are trained at a young age, it makes it easier for people like myself who scared of dogs to not be intimidated since they are tame
I have an American Bully who’s is a bumbling mess at times but focused on occasion, he is still a “puppy” as he just turned 1yr old. I’ve been currently looking for a female Malinois to train her in either French Ring or Schutzhund as my uncle and aunt train their import GSD’s in the latter but I’ve really been researching French Ring as it seems more suitable for me and what I’m looking for in dog training. Fingers crossed it all works out and I can find a great female Malinois and train both dogs accordingly to their natural skill set.
is she doing this as a job? like trainer ? how much time does she invest ? how often a week, how many hours a day ? what even is french ring exactly ? what does she train? how and is there something to specialize ?? i have so so many questions, almost none are answered... i think u guys should get rid of that intro. this isn't close to even a good report (i don't want to call it a documentary) all tho i did enjoy her passion and love
Zeke, thanks! But where do I go to see shows and training for French ring. I don't know of a source online. Could you point me in the right direction? I hope to have a Boerboel after I move.
Hey what about other Belgian shepherds? Maybe covering them would give a nice holistic view of the whole breed in general! Thanks it would be awesome if you could do so!
Jade and Jude Cane Corso angels great thanks, I have been away for a few weeks so all 3 of them are trying to squeeze themselves in my pockets. They have always been velcro but today is on a new level! I missed them dearly. I hope your also having a great Corso life. Thanks for asking
She says her dog is a bully, but it doesn't look like a bully to me. That dog looks more like a pit. I know it's big for a pit, but it looks more like a pit to me. I have a pit, a bigger one, more of a catch weight than a traditional smaller size and that dog looks just like mine. I don't think that's a bully. I wonder if she just says that because of some kind of restriction they put on french ring?
Mr Delicious The Donovan Pinscher is not to be confused with a Doberman Pinscher. A completely different dog, known as the American super dog. Check them out.
It would’ve been nice to have some links to some of these things that she talked about she speaks so quickly and a little slurred so I wasn’t sure what she was saying about the place she goes for training her dog only that it was in Southern California. It took a long time to hear the words of French ring, so in the future perhaps you could leave some links.
Is that a shock collar & prong on the Bully??? No reason for that. Martingale collar, head halter, and/or no pull harness works so much better than a shock, prong or choke collar. Also, Bully Breeds should never be trained to attack. They were never meant to have human aggression. They are only meant to have animal aggression, which is completely different. Teaching Bully Breeds to attack people is a death sentence to that dog.
Can we meet some dog owners who train American Bully Dogs and APBTs that *DON'T* have dog aggressive dogs? It'd be nice for us to see an owner with a dog that does *NOT* live up to the dog aggressive stereotype that most people are used to seeing. Pitbulls may have been bred for fighting dogs, but you don't have to give into that nature and give up on their socialization. For instance most Rottweiler owners do not have their dogs to herd cattle or pull sausage carts, most German Shepherd owners do not own their dogs for herding sheep and most Lab owners are not having their dogs retrieve small game for their owners after they shoot them, so your dog does not have to fall into these stereotypes if you do choose to do something about it.
Mr Delicious Nyidrobloodlines channel have both a working American bully and a real Colby American pitbull terrier and both dogs are really good with each other and other dogs.
You do realize that she adopted her dog, right? There was nothing she could do about him displaying dog aggression when she adopted him, and she clearly didnt WANT him to display DA because she paid a large sum of money to board him with a trainer to manage his DA. Also It's funny that you say the APBT was bred for dog fighting (therefore more likely to be genetically predisposed to dog aggression) but still scold APBT owners for having dogs with dog aggression. You're contradicting yourself. Obviously, there are some APBT owners out there that encourage dog aggression but many of them don't, their dogs begin to display DA over time (many of the times even if they're well socialized) and they just have to manage it from there. It's not a stereotype, it's genetics.
You Can't Stop The Scout wow genetics existing right in your face and you still choose to believe “it’s all about how you raise them” The fact is, most have DA just like a most border collies herd or most malinois want to bite. Genetics 100% matter, how it’s raised comes second
What a stupid comment, she got a rescue and admitted she took her dogs to the wrong places (as bad owner/ untrained dogs around ) and then did the exact right thing of volunteering at a training place and giving her dog a purpose, she seems like a great owner 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

What does french ring involve? And how does it differ from ipo/psa/belgian

Should do detailed videos on each dog protection sport. French, Mondio & Belgian Ring, IPO, PSA..
That bully is the most athletic and most beautiful one I've ever seen
Yeah, it doesn't look like it's been compacted to 50000000% of it's original size
Hes also a rescue. His mom is 1/2 his size.
I love how not one single time did anyone explain what french ring is.
There are videos on here explaining it
I am glad to see the dogs are trained at a young age, it makes it easier for people like myself who scared of dogs to not be intimidated since they are tame
best looking bully I ever seen
jay blaze23 I agree this dog looks like he won’t die after a 5 min walk unlike most bullies
Lovely to her the passion in her voice re her dogs
So now I need to google what Is French ring. Her story of acquiring Misha is vague and confusing.

Misha is now double national champ. 🥵
10/10 would LIKE again ;)
Love seeing dogs work! Especially American bullies since alot of the people involved with them seem hell bent on destroying them!

+Scott's 100 lb Vlog not sure just look for a French Ring club in your area.

Someone has been busy! I'm back from a long trip. Jet lagged but atleast I have a few dogumentaries to catch up on. Hope all is good bro

Great video as always! When is it the Donovan Pinschers turn? Ivory Attila would make for an amazing video for sure!!!
dude we've had like 2 doberman videos this past month, we gotta get some fresh blood in here

Ohhhh, I thought you mistyped Doberman! Yeah I'd like to see a Dogumentary on that!
That's is clearly not a bully it's a pitbull game.
-_- I hope that was a joke or sarcasm (whatever you wanna call it)
Nope, it's a working American bully.
LeaodeJudah Almeida not a game dog for sure
You clearly have no idea what a game pit looks like.
Thats a well conditioned xl American bully which stays away from show ring

Her femist ways make me feel triggered and she's violating my human rights as male.
News that matter why do you think she's a feminist and why does it trigger you?
News that matter 😁😂😆
