You don’t need a Creative Cloud account from Adobe. You just need an Adobe ID. They’re free.

Since February of this year, I have been very interested in Captivate 2019, so I registered as a paid member on Udemy and UA-cam and have been listening to the teacher's lectures little by little.
However, I recently found out that a new version of Captivate 12 has been released.
In this case, which version should I learn?
And is it compatible between versions? Or I'm confused about whether I should learn both versions.
I currently run a very small web agency in Korea and am preparing to start a company specializing in educational content production.
Even though you are busy, I would like to ask for a little help.

What happened was that Adobe Captivate 2019 (version 11) was released in the summer of 2018, so it was getting very old. In the last few years there was pressure on Adobe to come out with something new. Adobe Captivate 2019 has code supporting obsolete technology like Shockwave Flash technologies. Building an entirely new version of Adobe Captivate proved too big of a task, but for fear of losing customers, Adobe came out with the All-New Adobe Captivate 12. It has many of the features of Adobe Captivate 2019, but not all of them. Adobe has decided to have one license that allows users to have both Adobe Captivate 11 (now called Classic) and the All-New Adobe Captivate 12. I would focus my energy on learning All New Adobe Captivate 12, but remember there are features in Adobe Captivate Classic that are not available in the new release.

If I don't have adobe cloud for work, but we have the Microsoft cloud, can this review option be used? If so, how? I tried and got an error. Thank you for your assistance.
It's possible your work is blocking some internet traffic that makes this work. Reach out to Adobe for assistance with this feature. All it requires is Adobe Captivate and a FREE Adobe ID. You may also need to check with your IT department.
