Dorjitse Gonpa

Dorjitse Monastery is located a few kilometers North of Phromphrong village (about 20 milometers east of Chamkhar town) under Tang Gewog of Bumthang district in central Bhutan.
The monastery was first established by Lama Gyalwa Shacha Rabgay the third reincarnation of Gyalsey Darmadodey in the late 12th century.
