This is all a Render we're seeing.
The render itself is stuttering. On UA-cam it probably be 24/30/60 fps this isn't 24fps at least and the video seems to be upscaled.
I guess they struggled to get 5-10 fps barely during render.

If this movie represents Lord Vishnu as Karthikeya 2 represented Lord Krishna or Hanuman represented Lord Hanuman.. I would say its worth a watch..😊
