Just finished the practice. It's a different experience to me and I like it. I used to deal with my emotions and live in the here and now through yoga nidra and breathworth. So, my practice is always static. The movement challenges me, I felt somehow distracted. Maybe because my usual practice is in the back of my mind 😀 In 2013, I tried different yoga styles but unlike pilates, I found it difficult to practice yoga on my own while watching a video. But you know what, your eagerness to know its impact on me, made me feel I'm not practicing alone. Thank you 🙏🏼
