i suddenly miss using bunta's car in this game, i literally dominates almost all of the npc in this game, using the maxed tune GC8V ( that you can unlock after receiving a card if you win a battle with bunta on akina ) , i just need to reduces speed instead of breaking to turn. but if in akina i would prefer using the ae86 ( maxed tune ), because it has a slippy tire which is it helps me to turn easily in a sharp corner, i usually let my opponents past first but after a few moment i manage to catch up and passing most of the npc with quite a long advantage ( most fursthest advantage when i battling with bunta in akina , i think it's about 40 m or more ). which is you could still call me a rookie driver, i usually changed my cars depending on the maps that i'm going to play. ( Note: im having a hard time when fighting the Ek 9, Integra, EK9 ( the black carbon one ), because the maps has really narrow street and lots of unexpected corners )
@@hdnleaf look for cards with the chassis logo! I.e. undercarriage parts that are highlighted in the card. These cards are obtained through either time attacks or battling bunta (unlocked after beating the story). Sometimes if you just barely lose out a race you might get a chance to get that card
@@monikakirisame9759 Beat Bunta first on Legend of the Streets mode then you'll get his card on defeating him after the credits go to the card collection and open his card and check his contents with the exclamation mark on it then you're done

It's not the car making you lose its the player.. don't hit a wall or something it will make u lose and when u use first person don't look at the mirror it will make crash and when you drift drift inside not outside if u drift outside you'll be overtake
@@powworz I know lol, they can be annoying sometimes, and they're steady like rocks. But if you're behind it can be an advantage like in hairpin turns, I'm behind bunta and do 140

how is your 86 so stable? O.o mine's fully upgraded and it still slides like crazy. Also, my 86's acceleration can't match yours at all
Actually, it's so unstable
The car tends to understeer and oversteer so randomly (the happou race is an example of it)

using 86 for this map is indeed extremely hard.. not to mention going against bunta 15🫣
Bunta was way harder in the Aracde edition. You'd have to run under 2:42 to beat him. Same with the other Bunta stages.
Use RX8 or R34 max step , it's good in tsuchisaka I'm running like under 2:50
For the AE86 it's little bit crazy because make me uneasy to race bunta

Beat bunta on Akina for the first time and check your card collection and view it's contents, that should unlock bunta mode and his impreza

is s2000 would be better to beat bunta
unfortunately the S2000 tends to understeer in this game
