Man Sofie I could sit and watch this all day! I’m so glad you guys were able to get back there, I cannot wait to be able to go!! (Would you consider doing a video on your favorite, or most recommended cities, country spots, & beachy places to visit for first timers??!!) 😘
Thanks so much for watching Karen! I’ve done a couple videos where I share my top (although it’s super hard to choose) but something of the sort could be in the works soon 😘
Ponza was one of my favorite places in Italy! It's truly a hidden gem. I had an amazing experience there swimming in the beautiful clear water. Ugh this made me so nostalgic! So glad you got to enjoy the beauty of this island. Thanks for this awesome video!!!
I totally agree with you: Ponza is a hidden gem! To arrive from Rome you need to catch a train from Rome Termini Station to Anzio for just 2 euro. Once in Anzio you take the boat and you are arrived (the port of Anzio is very close to the train station). Ponza and especially Palmarola...what a paradise, the water is so clear. Highly recommended if you like a tiny island outside the tourism industry.
Love your vlogs!!! You may have mentioned the name of the restaurants but sometimes it’s a bit hard to make out, if it’s not too much trouble do you mind adding the names in the description box? Looking forward to going to Ponza!! Thank you for taking us along ❤️
che nostalgia....ho fatto il giro dell'isola di Ponza con la barca un paio di volte negli anni scorsi e poi ci hanno portato a Palmarola.Calette e fondali stupendi:-) occhio all'anduja in Calabria....;-))
Next time Ventotene,Sofie! Wild and amazing...trust me!
I have the fortune to visit the island back in may 2017 empty island the Italians don’t like the cold water but we do so for them was cold for me was perfect we love the people, the local stories and a very funny story we were at this small store and the lady told my wife she was close but when I walk in and bought something she spoke Italian to me and said ( I don’t like those Germans no saying hello ) ohh I said sorry she not German but Norwegian ( then she smile and saw her with my daughter name Maria) she even gives us fruit and small candies.
In effetti le isole Ponziane sono generalmente piuttosto trascurate e sottovalutate dagli itinerari turistici. Forse perché meno appariscenti e meno conosciute delle loro cugine del Golfo di Napoli.
Oh beautiful Ponza😍Sofie have you been to Sperlonga? It's a gem, so romantic at sunset😍 Terracina historical centre is stunning as well🤗 I discovered these two places this summer, and I'm from Rome🤣
It would be nice if every time someone spoke Italian you would add English subtitles. As someone trying to learn Italian very slowly at my own pace I understand things here & there but not everything.
personall advice about cinque terre make sure you have good shoes, no flopes good running shoes. train is advice if you dont want to walk, but absotutly worthit.
My family is from Ponza and I’m dying to go! I loved seizing your experience there!
It’s a special place!
My family too! We're probably related😊

Hi! Maybe you know the cost of the transportation from Anzio to Ponza?
Beautiful footage! Italy never ever disappoints… great to love vicariously through you!💖😘
You’ll be there soon 🥰
In Italy ponza it's called "the Capri without tourists" because it's underrated
Hey. How much was the taxi boat to Da Enzo and also the boat day ? Thx !

Love it Sofie! Ponza reminds me of Vernazza. Great editing too, thanks!
I love Vernazza! I can see that when you’re pulling up to the port but it’s definitely a different vibe and mood all around. Love both though 🥰
@@sofiesworld yes I agree, different vibes. The water is so inviting!
