@@aresarmoire780 I do believe they meant "Track Two" - that one is most certainly Le ciel, le soleil et la mer. I am at a loss of what the first one (the "introduction piece") is! Which tape did you pull it from? It's so beautiful!
@@gallosko8992 Thank you very much for spotting that. The introduction piece is taken from a United Airlines reel. It can be heard at 4:17, the third track on here: ua-cam.com/video/Hm_zC4vuqSo/v-deo.html
FYI - Life was just as stressful in the 50’s 60’s. People’s coping skills, through music or atmosphere and attitudes were extremely important “in the old days” Today ? 😢
People were more resilient back in the 50s and 60s. The grownups were brought up under, "spare-the-rod-and-spoil-the-child" and constant food stress. There was no novocaine, AC, or glory holes. And they braved the depression, WWII, and Korea. Sure, the 50s/60s had the rat race, and a wee measure of PTSD, but that was NOTHING compared to what they'd previously dealt with.
yep my mom grew up poor in the 60s, moved 3 times because my granddad kept on changing jobs. People think everyone had it easier are just basing it on their experiences
dud I don't know what planet you're living on but we still cope with the stress of the world through music. millions of people across the country get home from work, turn on their favorite music playlists, and just decompress.

Great 70s Muzak! Thank you!
Fun fact: Track 3 is a Rosh HaShana song called "next year" (be'shana ha'ba'a in Hebrew). It's quite surprising to hear it here.

@@AARON_MEMENTO_MORI No, I'm talking about the title of the track
Be'shana Ha'ba'a בשנה הבאה
it's a Rosh Ha'shana song
13:14 L. O. V. E. (Nat King Cole)
What's the name of the airline symbol? Earth with wings
Panam airlines used Earth with wings as their logo from 1928. This is a similar mock-up, but not quite the same
"Air Chillax"
