Hey with my old Mac I made an update to macOS Sonoma yesterday. Since then Wifi no longer works. Do I have to do these steps you did in the video manually or are they published with the new OpenCore Legacy Patcher (probably to be released next week) so I can download it as usual via the root patcher?

Great tutorial, thank you for sharing, I followed every step, I Have a 13900k and a MB Asus z790 ProArt Creator (that has a internal WiFi Intel) even following everything, the OCLP, it said no patch required, but still I have no Wifi, neither BT. Then I tried to reset, thinking maybe reseting would detect the changes made, and now I can´t get it because now it´s crashed the bootloader.

You can be enable to set secureboot to default..on your config plist..by using amfikext, but you can't enable SIP...it won't work
Bro My specs are i5 9600k and AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT GPU and 16gigs of RAM and Fenvi T919 card. The problem is wifi is not working and bluetooth is working but not airdrop. So, this solution would work? Or to downgrade and wait for latest stable release of opencore which by default support this Sonoma version?

I’m using the AMFIPass.kext, with -amfipassbeta (boot-arg) with the kext being added after the OCLP kexts.
If I do it the other way, Dropbox and a bunch of apps won’t open (will crash immediately), but other than that, the guide was perfect 👌🏾💪🏾🙏🏾

i installed xcode and the kernel debug, inserted the kext and put them in the right order. inside oclp it said no patch required, however it doesent work, i have an bcm94352z. does this not work on this wifi card?
Kernel debug and xcode is no required in the Latest version of OCLP build
Wifi card model Intel, bcm,ather, & airdrop is working or not ?
Airdrop only works on natively supported cards e.g Broadcoms. Intel cards doesn’t support airdrop.
How do you get your gpu to show 4095mb?
What can I do if I downloaded the update from the App Store and did not have open core installed?
Just create a bootable USB and add your opencore EFI in the EFI partition...but if you updated it from software update it will update the system and you have to patch your WiFi again

@Anthony-hp6pr @neonknyte2079 the problem is WiFi, not Ethernet, so i used ethernet connection for internet connectivity before patching the WiFi. I hope it has now solved your question.

Monterey bcm94360 works out of the box no config needed
