I sure hope everyone visited the comment section before tackling this lol. Just reach up with a regular ratchet and 10mm socket. There’s one nut in between the two plastic tabs. Just feel for it and save yourself 30 minutes to an hour taking the bumper off and on…now you know why mechanics charge $75-100 an hour

No need to remove the rear side panel. I was able to get my hand up behind the rear bumper (under the car with a flashlight) with a small ratchet with a very short extender and a 11mm socket and simply remove the nut holding the reflector. I had to use some 3 in 1 oil to loosen it, but the the nut was still badly rusted and trying to turn the nut resulted in the bolt breaking away from the the plastic on the back of the lens. This was not an issue because the replacement lens came with a new bolt attached to the new lens assembly. The broken bolt allowed me to remove the broken lens assembly. Once removed, I simply used a vice grip to hold the old lens bolt and removed the nut. I cleaned up the old nut and threads and reused it. The total time was about 10 minutes. Hope this helps. (I have small forearms which helped access the space behind the lens assembly.
I did it lying under the bumper... didn't have to remove any other 10mm except the backing nut! Took less than 5 mins.

I am trying to do the same but the muffler is in the way..
WRONG - YOU DON'T NEED TO REMOVE THE BUMPER. I just laid on my back and used a socket wrench and changed it out no problem in 20 minutes or less. Super simple.

Agreed, you don’t need to remove the bumper. Replaced mine without removing the bumper. With right tools you can reach the back of the bumper and unscrew and rescrew the holding nut.
Thanks for your great video. The bolt was rust and broken, I used 3/8 x 1 1/2 inch (or it can be any similar bolt); bolt head snug to the light slot and tighten it up with washer, washer lock, and nut. because the longer bolt it is much easier than to install than the using of OEM bolt.

Reflector only. They're fragile, they break easily and they're expensive. Pretty dumb IMO
Bulb light, works as parking and signal light, is no a reflector only!! On models 2006
How many 10 millimeter bulbs did you take off

Way to involved. Did mine with lights. Only have to remove upper tail light assembly & you can access the lower “fog” reflector/ light with 10MM deep socket!
Yeah I'd avoid doing the taillights if necessary, I dropped my 10mm wrench in there and I never found it lmao

Yeah, the driver side you can easily reach up there and do everything but the passenger side you have the muffler in the way so unless all you people have a little girly arms then yeah it’s possible but I can’t get my arm up there
