The sauce they use for the cheesy Gordita crunch is spicy ranch. Then in between the flat bread and hard shell is a three blend cheese.
And then the sauce in the cheesy bean and rice burrito is a jalapeño sauce. I worked at Taco Bell lol.
If you want a giant burrito with all the works in it check out the grilled stuff burrito!

in mexico all of our tacos are soft in that way, only “hard” shell we make is when we fry them aka taquitos! Gorditas are essentially a THIICK tortilla 😛 hopefully you get to try some authentic Mexican food next time!
