White House's Jared Bernstein on PCE Data

Jared Bernstein, Chairman of the White House Council of Economic Advisers, discusses the PCE having the smallest gain this year. He also talks about whether or not more progress on inflation will require a weaker US consumer, and shares his insights on jobs as the monthly jobs report will release next week. Jared speaks with Kailey Leinz and Joe Mathieu on Bloomberg's "Balance of Power."
