Try actually opening the consoles and you'll see what everyone is talking about. The external state of the units or the prices charged are not the core issue here at all.

DKOldies isn't a "small business" I hate when people make that claim, they are in business for over 18 years, they changed to a 20 times bigger warhouse because of the amount of orders they receive, they have 3 million TikTok followers and 1 million on UA-cam... No they are not small even if they are small you can't charge this much, they profit margins are just ridiculous, if a Wii that should cost second hand 30-50$ and maybe 60-80$ in a retro gaming store costs 288$... no, you blow it.
Unless you open the consoles up and actually look inside and actually looked through it then your statements are invalid.
Dont buy from them they dont refurbish/you have to pay more to get an authentic controller and the prices are crazy high.id much rather go to a local mom and pop shop

Nobody has ever had a problem with their games. And the Prices are not an issue either. The problem that most people have with them, is they say they clean and refurbish consoles, and on the surface that may seem true, but it's when you dig under the surface of the console when you find out that they did no such thing. Idk what videos you been watching, but apparently we've been watch completely different DKOldies content on YT 😂.
Btw, I don't really have much of a problem with the employees.....it's Drew (the owner of the company) who I personally can not stand.
The Owner is a scumbag, and the employees are just semi innocent people just trying to make an honest living. IMO, the employees care more about that business than the owner does......and that's ultimately the saddest part.
No. They’ve sent out cosmetically flawed games that should be marked as “Good Condition” to me and many other UA-camrs. It’s definitely the games, too. Their manager is pretty nuts.

@@omegalite8788 Usually they aren't too far off from Market price.....usually lol. I do know the "Pokemon Box Ruby & Saphire" is listed at $1,799 on their website.....which imo, is a SH** LOAD for 1 game.....but when you compare prices, it's actually better than what it goes for on eBay. Again, games were not much of an issue, and prices don't matter (don't like the prices, don't shop with them, it's that simple really). I think where most of us have the issue, is with them claiming they are refurbishing consoles, when they clearly are not. Everything else imo at least, doesn't matter as much.
@@ceesparxxx I see it differently. I don’t know if you live somewhere where the prices are similar on eBay, but for me the prices are kind of bad. Currently Pokemon Emerald is around 200 good condition on eBay, but on DKOldies “good condition” is 300 or so dollars. Which is a whole 100 dollar difference. 60 or so at least, 130 at most I’m guessing.

They've been shown on Ebay they don't know how to repair some consoles listing GBA's up broken and I'm not suprised, What I am suprised about is how they can't refurbish a N64 it's one of the easiest consoles to do
