Well you wouldn't have to necessarily. You could foster it and then decide to adopt the dog yourself. One of the great perks about fostering, it's like a trial run before you buy the deal for life lol. It also helps save these dogs from possibly getting euthanized due to overcrowding in dog shelters. So it's quite an honorable thing to do as well :)

How about 12? Fostering litters of puppies is the best thing I have ever done. Watching them go from watching them nurse when they are only one day old, then being 8 weeks and finding a forever family is so heartwarming. I have vids on my channel of some of my foster litters.

The same applies to fostering children. Foster parents take in children until a family member can step in or until they are of age. You can foster children for months or years but they aren't actually yours until you adopt. If you foster a child for years, but an immediate family member decides they want to take steps to get the child, they will be given priority and you will have to relinquish the child to them. Fostering pets is important because it can save pets from being euthanized because of over crowded shelters.

That's one of the reasons I love dogs. I had a pit mix named Sage, he was my best friend. Through boyfriends, moves, ups and downs he was always there. He helped so much when my depression was really bad. I loved him a lot. Unfortunately he passed due to cancer. He was really the best. I can't wait till my next dog.

Being able to foster and put a living being's needs before yours is an exercise in true selflessness and it is incredibly rewarding. Even if it hurts to let them go, the joy you get daily knowing you gave them the opportunity they needed makes everything worth it.
Animals are not helpless. They're probably the only ones left who can teach us love,compassion and trust. We humans have been busy judging and hating each other,thereby making each other's lives so hard. All that pure affection comes for free. Sometimes all a dog expects is a head rub and a good boy/girl and that moment will light you up

There's one problem by doing this and not adopting the dog. I'm take care of her for 3 years until my brothers went to born and we couldn't take care of this dg anymore. so we realize we need to find someone to adopt this dog. finally my cousin's wanted to adopt it. every year i came to their house for visiting their family cause we always had family reunion every year in their house. everytime i came to their house the dog always seems so happy and spending all his time hour of hours hugging and licking my toes and faces. so my suggestion is one you take care of a dogs you probably need to know where their gonna going so that you could visit them anytime. so the dog atleasy know where their owner going on.

I swear I felt like it was MY babies. thank gosh that's all over....owning a dog truly is a life long commitment. Proud owner of 5 very energetic Jack Russels, very exhausting...but SO worth it!!
I have a bun for 10 years but never had relations for more than 5 months, and I guess I never will! Animal love is so much different than humans. Having a pet will convince you to stay single but with a pet forever, and honestly, it is amazing!
