Scotland and the Isle of Bute is beautiful. This was pretty remote so not many people venture here. If you get the chance to go to Scotland you definitely should go 🙂
The Isle of Bute in Scotland is beautiful. This is an area very few people tread. I'm glad you enjoyed the captured views. Thank you very much for coming along 🙂
The Isle of Bute really is beautiful and quiet. There are a number of stone circles to check out on the island. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching 👍🙂

Hi Nick n Jill, plenty of free parking on Bute and not too many cars or people. The sheep were funny along with the cows. The chapel was in a lovely spot and I had to place to myself for most of my visit there. The Isle of Bute is very hermit friendly. A stone face in the stones. Thank you very much for watching 👍🙂Paul
beautiful area, paul! what a wonderful trail and so so hermit friendly if sheep are ok. 😉 i don't know why i find lighthouses so interesting, but i do. scramble over there, dammit! 😆 who doesn't love a bit of poetry on a walk? i definitely saw a face or two. love the bus access, the bay, lochs and all of the greens. and the cows! i think they're in love (time to build your hermit/hobbit hut in those hills). 🤭here's to many more videos to come! 🛴❤
Hi Anne, the Isle of Bute is very hermit friendly. The sheep were running off but the cows seemed interested ha ha. I didn't scramble over cos there were people around and wanted to get ahead of them. I wouldn't have seen much more anyway. It was very green in those hills and I think you can stay that farm. I'm glad you enjoyed the captured views. Thank you very much for taking time to watch 🙂👍Paul
Beautiful outing with smashing views; definitely my cup of tea! Love the green rolling hills, exquisite coastal views, the farm (what a setting!) hearing the sheep and the curious cows seemed to fancy you Joking Hermit! Thanks again for takin' us along! 🐄🐑
Hi Tracy, it wasn't quite Holy Island but it sure was a gem. It was very green near the farm, which I believe you can stay at! Perhaps one day I will. The views over to Arran were awesome. The sheep and cows were funny, especially the two sheep that saw me coming and pranced off. See I still have it for attracting the ladies 😂Thank you very much for watching. The Joking Hermit 🙂
Very nice Paul from the lighthouse to the ruined church Bute definitely delivered mate 👌🏻🏴 With those ever and impressive views over to Arran across the water 🏔️🏔️🏔️🤠👍 I saw two face on those standing stone (cool) ATB mate Simon

Hello Julie n Tony, the Isle of Bute really is a beauty. This walk had quite the variety and the landscape so green. Amazing to think the chapel has been around for so long. It seems I still have it with the ladies ha ha. There are a few stone circles on Bute and it was cool to see a face. Thank you very much for watching. I hope you're keeping well 🙂👍Paul
@@TheHikingHermit yes Paul we are back now after a death in our family and then Archie was diagnosed with Diabetes, so have been trying to get him into a new routine and insulin injections twice a day. Quite a stressful few weeks. Take care xx
Your scaring the sheep Paul! LOL. That was such a pretty hike and everything is so green. I loved the looks of the St Blane's Chapel. It was built in such a lovely location. I thought the stone circle was cool as well, but I couldn't see a face. You have so many stone circles in the UK. You must have filmed this in the spring, since there were daffodils everywhere. 😊👍
Oh yeah I scare the sheep all the time ha ha. This was a great hike out in a remote part of Scotland and the chapel was in a lovely spot. Ah there was perhaps 2 faces at the stone circles. There are a few stone circles on the Isle of Bute alone. This was filmed in late Spring on May 31st. There were plenty of wild daffodils around. I'm glad you enjoyed it and the captured views. Thank you very much for watching 🙂👍Paul
It was a surprisingly good hike out with quite the variety of views. I was glad there was a fence between me and the cows. The cows seem a bit crazy in the UK 😂
Hi Paul, sometimes spur of the moment things turn out brilliant like this did 😃 Bute looks very beautiful. I would definitely love to see live the fort, the Stone Circle and that chapel ruins with its interesting history, along with the old lighthouse. Loved the views towards Aran and the cute sheep :) It's sooo quiet and peaceful there and the beach looked lovely. You had a lovely day too. The Stone Circle was fascinating and yes I could see a face like you did. Loved this tour 👍~ Anna
Hi Anna, yeah this was a surprisingly good walk for a spur of the moment thing. The island is quite sparsely populated so not many people around so very hermit friendly. The sheep and cows were funny. The walk had quite the variety and it's a part of the world I wouldn't mind going back to one day. I'm glad you enjoyed the captured views. Thank you very much for watching 👍🙂Paul
Nice island Bute island , still watching. Lot's of sheep 🐑 in that island. Beautiful bay as you discover the beautiful Bute place. It's good to live there no busy life like ìn the city so stressing 😊
I'm glad you enjoyed it. There was more sheep and cows than people on the walk. The Isle of Bute is beautiful and peaceful. Thank you very much for watching. Hope you're having a great weekend 🙂👍
It's not easy to get there.😒😒 The small lighthouse and blackstone circle on the bumpy rock are impressive. I fully understand why you have no choice but to explore now. 5:38 The whole mountain has a beautiful green background like moss. Even the sunny weather 22:36 What a beautiful view.. fantastic.💕💕👍👍

I need to head out to some of these remote Scottish islands, best of all I wouldn't even need to be sneaky about wild camping. The stone circle was very cool and could definitely see a face in that one, looked like the monument on Easter island. Nice sunny walkabout!
