That Sir Alex quote at 6:13 and Kean's subsequent reaction almost makes me tear up. You can see it in Kean's eyes that it goes through his emotional guard. But he refuses to admit it, him being the old school man he is. For United fans it's like a break-up that hurts and yet you love to revisit because of how strong the feeling were prior to it.
Sir Alex isn't Manchester United bro. He broke up with SAF not United. He'll always be the greatest captain in United history.

Roy Keane loves Sir Alex, but like a kid who felt that his father abandoned him and disappointed him when he needed him the most, he can never find it in his heart to forgive him. So he does everything that he judges that can hurt his father emotionally, only to compensate for the broken heart he has.
So sad. He can't move on. He always still feel so bitter.
What's worse is that he's actually a good guy, you can just see it with how he raised his kids and how much love he put into that. Just heartbreaking all around.
What a player though. They don't make them like that anymore, do they?
@@mjb2697 but Clough made him the player Man Utd wanted. His mindset 100% came from the tough love/hardships he survived under him as a young player. Without Brian Clough, there is no Roy Keane.

Whenever i watch the highlights of the match against Juventus in the 99 champions league often termed as 'Keane's finest hour ', i feel proud to be a United Fan. A lot of people ask me why i still support the club when it's going through such a hard time. Well, they will never understand that trophies and honours are not the only things that make Man Utd special for us. The drive, the spirit and the never give up attitude instilled in the psyche of the club is what resonates with us. #gloryglorymanutd.

That glare at 00:23. Scares me to death. It's like a lion glaring at it's prey. And then that gleam in his eyes at 00:27. That silent, grim determination. That mental resolve to just keep on giving your complete absolute 100%. That mental resolution to "rather die of exhaustion than to lose". As soon as he put on the United's #16 and wore the Captain's armband, there's nothing else on Roy Keane's mind at- just a will, a singular thought- of winning.
Even as an Arsenal my respect for Roy Keane is huge, they don’t make players like that anymore. The passion of the game just isn’t there anymore especially with the Super League now becoming a thing.

I’ve posted this comment before and the same applies here. 1:24-1:34 look at the way he’s breathes, you can see it, the intensity, the thrill even see he’s almost shaking with the adrenaline. Reading his biography’s, he always said the big games back then especially arsenal who were always mixing with United for the title, those were the games he loved the most. In those 10 seconds you can see it, like the occasion is so intense he struggling to breathe. Real passion for the occasion, his team mates and what it means to the club! Not like today where it’s all smiles, hugs and shaking hands! He was a general getting ready to lead his soldiers to battle! No retreat no surrender leading his team by example, Vieria didn’t he tried to shrug it off and in doing so didn’t give his team confidence! If he went toe to toe with Roy in that tunnel it would of been a different game, cause look at the arsenal players next to Keane, Almunua looks like he’s emasculated himself and cygan, doesn’t know what to do it looks as if he goes paler by the second, as white as a ghost, they’ve already lost the game in that tunnel.

I expected to see more passing. Keane's passing is severely underrated. Verticality he gave us with his passing was crucial.
Simply the best! In terms of ability, reading of the game, passing through the lines, passionate determined will to win, and being respected by both his teammates and opponents, there's simply no one who compares to Roy Keane. Unfortunately there'll never be another like him, but thanks to ADITYA_REDS and others we can look back at how immense Roy Keane was as a complete player and natural leader.
