I truly believe in this and I wish to just emphasize that it's so critical that we feel our sadness and compassion and that we allow our human side to mourn the experience of loss. Our pain, when validated, will alchemize into love and gratitude. You can't bypass pain or contracted "negative" emotions. They must be brought into the heart, held, and allowed to express and then rise into gratitude. All it takes is letting go...which isn't always easy in a world where pain is so apparent. This is real work. I've seen too many people get excited about manifesting health and wealth and then try to bypass their true feelings, skip the pain, and get the happiness. Doesn't work that way. This isn't some MLM where you get excited about the compensation plan and think you'll magically be a millionaire because of your excitement. The potential is exciting, yes, but the work is real and requires effort and consistent practice.

When we are born, before we develop a complex emotional and cognitive capacities, we already have very sophisticated range of perceptual capacities, we perceive the universe thru our senses and we perceive ourselves in the world. We perceive the world thru a number of perceptual scales: Palatine/olfactory, tactile, auditive, and visual scales. We also perceive our internal physiological needs and impulses: Hunger, the impulse to breathe, to defecate, to laugh, to cry, to sleep and perhaps to a lesser degree we perceive sexual arousal. We also seem to have very basic emotional awareness, very early on we seem to be able to feel basic emotions like empathy and fear. However, the emotional structure gets tune and develops from and around the grounds of perceptual scales, since we only feel emotions about the things we perceive or recall. As we perceive a range of sensations thru time, we star to establish a perceptual memory. It is only from this perceptual memory that we can start creating an emotional narrative around the memory of the events we have experienced and the cycles that seem to condition the rhythm of our perceptions. Emotions seams to develop as an interpretation of our perceptual experience to satisfy our physiological needs, to avoid the things that cause us discomfort, to maximize the experiences we enjoy, and above all to maximize our perception of security and stability in the world. However, I also believe the emotional scale is already incorporated within our body and this emotional scale is deeply nested and interwoven with our perceptual pallets. Emotions are reactions to our perception of the world; they are narrative and interpretations, that are rooted in our perceptual experience and therefore are reflection of these experiences. Our emotional spectrum are the first level of intelligence because they are our first level of interpretation of the world and our role in it. That’s why we can understand sound patterns as music, our emotional scales are rooted on these sensorial patterns and they have an emotional meaning that seem to be universal at least among humans. It isn’t until we have developed a perceptual and emotional foundation that we begin to further recognize patterns in our experiences and develop our intellectual competences. What we understand as our intellectual capacity is not only a passive interpretation of the world like the emotional realm. I believe our higher cognitive competences begin to emerge as our planning and decision-making capacity, based in the sensorial input and emotional interpretation of our experiences. It is an active function that implies our strategy for our interaction with the world. Therefore, is logical to infer that there is a hierarchy of deeply entangled and nested systems that give rise to the phenomenon we understand as intelligence. The emotional realm exists as a first level of interpretation of our perceptual experience and physiological needs and impulses. The intellectual realm exists to establish hierarchies to balance and satisfy our emotional perceptual and physiological needs and impulses, and to project into the future a plan to navigate the world in hopefully optimal conditions. It is for this reason that I believe the concept of intelligence detached from the emotional and perceptual realms is probable an unviable goal and so is the concept of artificial intelligence. We develop higher cognitive function to satisfy our emotional and perceptual realms. Higher cognitive functions are nested within the emotional and perceptual realms and they emerge from these substrates. Our intellectual competences are not an independent entity and cannot exist without foundation of perceptions and emotions because it exists to serve them. Therefore, I believe that what we understand as intelligence is nothing more than the capacity to compare, measure and classify things and project narratives into the future. But, we compare, measure, and classify things with respect to what? We compare measure and classify things with respect to ourselves, we are a collection of perceptual scales that seem to be the ultimate ruler to measure and perceive the universe. A collection of perceptual scales that allow us to interact with the world maintain emotional balance, and satisfy our physiological impulses and needs.
Hate is such a strong word ! I don’t hate anything or anyone ! I believe I would only use the word of someone would deliberately hurt my loved ones .
