We have these on a '21 4x4 Sprinter and they are sweet! No more milk crate for a step. Two years we used that milk crate!😂 They are pricy but I hate how all other running boards look.
@@TheGunCollective I have done some off road driving on forest service roads and hit the bottom pinch weld on the van. So, if they drop below that level, that step may not work for me.
@@thebatlwgn I hear yeah. I already the Van Compass lift and roll on 285’s. I thought of adding the Van Compass rock sliders but they don’t have a step. Have fun building out your rig…
Rock slider engineering makes a rock slider/step which are very durable. They use magnets to sense doors opening. The catch, you will need to build your own brackets.

Plz provide a link so I can order for my 2021 sprinter
Can you measure how far the extend below the body when they’re up?
Hey Gary, its really minimal, a few inches at most. What is your concern?
Sorry, replied from my main account, hope you dont mind.

Sounds like you need bigger tires and a lift! Haha

Hi I have a set of 2019+ in the box. Will they work with 23 sprinter
Thanks,
Bill
In theory yes. I’m not 100% positive because there might be slight changes on the 23 AWD chassis. Your best bet is to call AMP
What year was your van and did you use the plug-in play OBD
@@kingofswamis 2022 and yes the plug in set up
@@kingofswamis Thanks,
Did you add the override button? would you?
So, it has been 5 months since you put them on. Are they coming out all the time, now? Does the van recognize them all the time now?
Hey Cheryl! There has only been one instance of them not coming down since this video and it fixed itself immediately. Otherwise it’s been good to go
Is there another better brand? Also what are the costs of these upgrades? Thank you!
For the moving steps, I do t think anyone else sells them. At least that I’m aware of..

Big Bird would be a great name for your van.
You can do better than that
Nope. A Great name for a great Van.@@thebatlwgn
😂
Unnecessary extra weight and drag. Get you some truck nuts - now that's practicality
