I just got the Viltrox 56mm 1.7. Haven’t gotten to really use it but the motor is quiet and it seems to work well for the price. Super small. I’m just glad we have affordable options with the X mount
If your budget is limited, by all means go for this lens. If you can save extra money, definitely consider the sigma 56mm, I completely fell in love with it and once you'll start using it, you won't even consider other 56mms
Looks like a good value for someone to experiment with to see if they like that focal length without breaking the bank. I'm still rocking the OG 56 1/2.
I have quite some lenses from Ttartisan - not to be confused with 7 artisans which has a S at the end! All of these lenses are quite sharp and manual focus. I already have the sigma 56mm 1.4, would this ttartisan 56mm been available at that moment i would have chosen that - quite less expensive budgetlens!
@@Iamtongue tks dude. You never know, I was inspired by you for 50mm f2. I gonna order it next week. Just wanna make sure if any alternative better from 3rd parties
I have a Canon EF adapter, I use my good old Sigma 30mm and my Canon 85mm 1.8 I had on my old 7D. Very happy with it. I only focus with the old methods. I don't trust the machine.
Completely different focal lenghts. For portraits 56mm should be better, for everything else 35mm is more convinient. Fuji have good AF, weather resistance, aperture ring and good fit to camera, because it's original.
@@KingFiercer_zip i mean XC 35 mm cheaper one but yeah not much different its just made out of plastic and auto focus is lil bit slower then XF series I just wanted to know since my budget is tight should i get this xc35 or TTartisan 56mm f1. 8 since both come at reasonable price or any other suggestion?
i use the ttartisan 27mm f2.8 in single point af for the same reason... af misses in continuous. I found it to be really inconsistent on my xt30, but better on my xt5. At £125 its hard to complain though, the lenses are a bargain.
Dang... that is temptingly cheap... and it looks like the AF is at least as good as the Fuji 35/1.4 Haha. Nice review! I thought I was already subscribed but apparently wasn't... so I fixed that.
Can’t be giving you the wrong information. And I did say something along the lines of.. “I’m going to take an educated guess here and say its going to be less than the sigma….” And it trails off. And I was correct. Please stop cherry picking my words it’ll be best if you to listen to them through its entirety.
The ttartisans 56mm F1.8 is 158 USD! - geni.us/wliH12Z
Just got this lens recently, and I’m really impressed. The sharpness is insane, especially when shooting portraits.
I was testing it between the 3 56mm chinese lenses that were released. And its really good!

Can you please compare it with Viltrox 56 f1.7?
If I can get the viltrox in my hands definitely! 👍
don't forget the viltrox 56mm f1.4 in the comparison 😉
Looks promising thank you for the review 👏
No problem 👍

Hi bro, in your opinion which lens of ttartisan is the sharpest for portrait photography.
This 56 is pretty sharp and the 35 as well.
I’d still get the Sigma 56 1.4 for Fuji .
How about Viltrox 56mm f1.7, vs this one

Ya and it performs so great for a budget lens 😀
isnt the viltrox better?
as sharp, same price
but smaller
I haven’t tried the Viltrox so I can’t comment.
Tks for review. Ignore the price tag, what do you think between Ttartisan 56mm vs fujinon 50mm f2???
50mm f2 overall a better package. Better af, weather sealed and smaller and compact. It’s my favourite lens in the 50ish mm focal length
@@Iamtongue TKS. What if you pick one from sigma 56mm 1.4 & fujinon 50mm f2, buddy???
f2 still.

Old methods works with the Fujifilm System. xD
Fuji xc 35 f2 or this lense any suggestion?

is it good for vlogging?
No
did they make the cap that loose for you to lose it and buy 1 exclusively from them for the updates?
Hahaha 😂

Yup i agree! Can't say much about the AF because it's a fricking steal.
How does it compare with SIGMA 56mm F1.2?
Haven’t used
Do you think its better than used xf 50mm f2
no, if money is not a concern and its between these two i would get the xf 50mm f2

@@thegoodthingz amazing deal!
Okay this lens is aligns with my budget more than the others😅

APPRECIATE IT BRO thank you for your support :D
"For something of this price it performs very well" and later "I don't know the price"... There are better ways to gain credibility...😉
