Was here about 15 years ago. We were there at the same time as a large 'family' from Naples. Interesting times.
Thanks Lucy, will have to visit Don Pancho. Didn't realise that the public could eat and drink there also. Slightly nostalgic for me though, mum and dad (bless them both) were some of the first guests to stay in the hotel when it was built. Not sure of thee year, maybe someone will know. My parents were indeed "Jetsetters" Thanks again, Mark. x

We've stayed at there in the past and we, our family of 6 will be staying again in April this year. We can't wait .. We love this hotel. The best in Benidorm

Thanks Lucy. Don Pancho looks great. Allegedly that is where we are staying next time we go to Benidorm. My wife and her mum have been ans really enjoyed their stay.
Thank Lucy for this video, nice to know you can enjoy the facilities even though you are not a guest, I stayed here on my 1st aoa basis so was well chuffed, beautiful surroundings and the back door is on the famous strip

Love the Don Pancho - stayed there for my first visit to Benidorm - now we have our own villa down the coast in Murcia but we'll come back to the DP for a few nights to enjoy the luxury of being looked after, the lovely pool (which is heated so usable year round) and the excellent food.
My wife treated me to a 4day break to the Don Pancho and I must say what a fabulous stay it was!! Good food, great service, lovely rooms and situated in the heart of the City. 5-Stars!! We will be returning again!!

stayed here 2 times the hotel is fab, its a oasis between the old and new towns, very central, Lucy you have been through the covid a insperation to us all here back in the uk, i really hope that the people and especially the buisness people of benidorm have and will look after you, see you hopefully in the new year love ade and issy from south wales xxx oh and love to mam!!!

Love the video Lucy, it's the only Hotel we'll stay at in Benidorm, we were there about 3 weeks ago and loved it, it took us about 10mins to walk to Winners Bar where me and my wife met you. Keep up the good work you're an inspiration to everyone.

Good video of our favourite hotel. Returning after 4 weeks with our son and Grandson and are pleased to say it is not adults only as you reported. There were several youngsters there in April but you would never had known. The pool area is very well policed and apart from a problem group of adults during our stay everything was perfect.
Stayed here some years back. Really good hotel , probably the best Iv'e stayed in in the whole time iv'e been going to benidorm.
Just returned from Pancho wonderful hotel amazing views from room Definitely a hotel worth visiting 😀

We always stay in the sandos benidorm suites but I think they have now stopped all inclusive so we will have to go elsewhere.
I have stayed at the Don Pancho several times. It really is a relaxing environment. Would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to avoid screaming children in and around the pool.
I love this Hotel, there is a show every night and the atmosphere is kind

Hi Lucy, yea we actually eventually made it to the Don Pancho 7th Sept to 18th Sept, after 2years of trying. We did enjoy the hotel very much, the staff were excellent as was the service!! My wife and I were a bit disappointed with the food to be honest, we spoke to a few other guests who had stayed there several times and said they were disappointed with the food this year. I only put on 5 lbs this time in Benidorm 🤔😏. We are already booked for the Don Pancho for June 2022, that being a holiday rebooked from June this year. We are also going to try to get back to Benidorm in between now and then. Also great news is our ‘guys group’ are talking about Benidorm next May and September. 😎😎🍺🍺. It was also very nice to meet you in person in WINNERS BAR, what a great location you have there, sorry we didn’t get back to see you again. It was also great to meet up with friend and former muso colleague Ian Slater ( otherwise known as Cameron James,). We saw him working a few times and enjoyed drinks and tapas with Ian and his lovely wife Andrea in Harry’s Bar just off the Levante Beachfront one afternoon.
It was lovely to see the place starting to buzz again, it can only get better.

We are there in July and I'm going to look at booking there! Looks very nice.
My wife and me spent a lovely week at the Dom Pancho mid June this year. We had our booking in 2020 cancelled like millions others of due to restrictions. Its a top class hotel and its food is on a par with any top UK restaurant. First visited the hotel in 1976 when my then work colleagues and me were invited there by then manager of the Western Saloon that was on the front facing the Levante Beach
A famous football team were staying there at the time. It was so impressive even back then. Though its surrounds were mainly wide open air café areas.
Went there many times in the late 90s 200s and never disappointed.
I wonder if anyone recalls a visit in 1999. And the female head chief who everyone wanted a photo with after hearing she was moving to work in the US.
The Food that year was incredible.

This doesn't seem just a hotel but an experience for people who really enjoy that 'little' ( what's a word 😉 ) extra on a relaxing holiday . It's definitely on our list now 👍.

Stopped twice in pancho and the food is superb & was always hot even the beans on a morning😁👍the pool is a bit small but it's heated in the winter I was in it February 🏊♂️👍thanks for video Lucy😊😎
For me one of the best hotels in Benidorm. Quality-environment. Situation in the Center and 5m from the beach. The food is free buffet but it is expectacular of a 10. Stately and without noise.

Hi,visited Don Pancho a few times but finally staying there this year. I agree coffee is great but my other half thinks it’s strong. How do I order a weak coffee with milk?
