I appreciate your shorter reviews. I am starting to notice of UA-cam critics take 18 to 23 minutes to review movies now. To me that is absurd. They do it for the algorithm I suppose. Your reviews are the correct length.
Spoiler: It doesn't explain why they're machines. And if they're machines they shouldn't be limited to 8000 feet. Makes no sense. The script writers thought " Hey, this seems cool", but were lazy to come up with the reason why.
I would argue that the scientist character ids better off being fenale. There is more precedent for that than if the character were male. The alien franchise (though Ripley wasn’t a scientist), Doom, The Bourne franchise (I know it isn’t a creature horror), A Quiet Place(again not a scientist), AvP, The Mummy (either version), etc. The point being that there is generally a male and female protagonist, where the female protagonist uses wits and the male uses brawn. The throw away character should have indeed been a male who sacrifices his life to save one of the 2 other characters. I would say that is the least of the problems with this film. You gave it a 2/5, and I think that’s generous. I give it a 3/10, for absolutely nonsensical writing and failure to explain its own script.
This looks like it came out of an A.I. and I am not a mega fan of Anthony. I mean he is okay, but I am not going to run to cinema for Anthony. See it on streaming.
@@Ramascreen Update; I saw it and liked it pretty good actually. It was not amazing, but I felt that the actors gave 100%, it was efficient, directed well, and did alot with a little. I really do feel the actors gave it their all, but yes it was generic as hell. Still, in my book this is a very soft 3.5 out of 5 stars (I gave it the push). I would be a total win on streaming, but in cinema, it was still worth a see (if you have movie pass or during the day). We are not that far off on this one, but I liked it more than you my friend.
@Ramascreen my fault, is this movie out, I just saw red one on this app called cinema ARK, bootleg movies and all TV programs ever made, from all over the world, new and old for free u can only download the app with Android, it's not a apple product
It's taken inspiration from other movies such as "A Quiet Place", "Reign of Fire", and "I Am Legend" and compiled them into an absolutely dog shit of a movie that created more questions than it answered. Don't watch this movie and try to dissect it afterwards cause it's just gonna frustrate you

Thanks, I try to keep them concise.

Fair assessment.
liked it :) make a sequel !
Decent movie! Fun way to shut off the mind
Why 8000 feet? Does it ever explain the relevance of the elevation?
I don't remember the movie explaining that. Either I may have missed it or that's one of the film's many many flaws. In which case, they should've.
@@alikhat1647 it was never explained.

@DominickSpano i wouldn't even bother streaming it. I caught a matinee and still feel like I wasted money.
