Rafael basically learned the same thing as Gaethje. He said he learned not to follow the fans and the screaming. Gaethje learned to not get caught up in the lights and the noise of the crowd. Both learning to control their emotions and pace themselves. A calm Fiziev about to be a cold one

@@KochariAsgar Gaethje started slow in round 1. Round 2 Fiziev started good then Gaethje picked it up. Landed a counter left hook that cut him, then round 3 was all Gaethje

Definitely one of my favorite fighters in the UFC. First fight I watched was on ESPN+ where he’s fighting his gym buddy he trained with in Muay Thai gym. Crazy spinning wheel kick. Then the way he stuffed RDAs take downs then knocked him out. Funny post conferences with the call outs and a true gentleman
Great fight with Gaethje... I saw Rafael check Justins gloves for rocks or something hard put in them, right after the final bell. Justin hits like a truck. Rafael is a joy to watch, hope he does well this weekend.💥
The crazy thing is Rafa's chin is seriously underrated. He took some bombs from Justin and still didn't even get KD or rocked

Both were tested with the top 5. Gamrot, looked a lot more out of his depth against Dariush, but Rafael just looked a little inexperienced against Gaethje. Can't wait to see what their experiences have turned these guys into.
