"This can give you an idea if you have a high or low card."

@@Mike_503 Every bet costs 0.5%. You never win you just pay a little bit each bet and in exchange you get crazy variance swings. I'm not a fan of variance for variance sake.

Yes. Its fun because any hand is a winning hand. If you bet it on the correct side. It's also playable when it's fast. No point to slow rolling this game when it's already set, meaning the outcome. That is, if the dealer doesn't makes mistakes or the house is not cheating, for whatever reason.

If I’m not mistaken, this is the worst possible way you can play baccarat. The reason they take commission on banker is because it has an advantage, albeit a slight one. Banker only has to take another card in certain situations (described in another comment on here), so only betting player is not a great strategy. Also, if you are only going to bet player, you should sprinkle some of the side bets.
The commission is the advantage.
You are wrong. Banker has like a 2% advantage but they take 5%. You give them 3% free money every bet
Playing baccarat like this is like only betting red or black on roulette.

brettski tip for you : if there is no natural, player takes a card on 0 to 5, and stands on 6 and 7 , if it stands on 6 or 7 , banker will do the same (0-5 draw , 6 7 stay), after that more difficult for the 3rd card rule for banker if it has 4 5 6 but if banker has 0-2 it will take a card for sure
