What a terrific interview. I always liked Clive Owen but now I like him even more. So engaging and happy and ego-less.

You should watch more movies
For a second there you could really see him blush with disbelief that his idol Lauren Bacall actually know who he was and like his work. If Clive Owen can have moments like that where he's blushing like a groupie teenager I feel slightly better about myself

It's good work; he still looks like himself, if a bit skinny. I'm not keen on the dyed hair, though.
Monsieur Spade is brilliant. The dialogue is quick, concise and intelligent. The characters are fascinating. And there's even a historical context to the story. And thankfully there's not a lot of moody music. Only two episodes in, but so far it is about as good as television gets.
If Lauren Bacall acknowledged my existence I would die. So it's pretty safe to say I'll live a long life.
