Scary how effective this is!
Yes punches have a nipple in the center to make it easy to line up on the hole. We off standard punches and dies in round, oblong and square shapes.
What is the smallest steel angle this machine can punch ? Thank you
Do the male dies have a nipple to centre in dot punched markings for accuracy? Do you have elliptical die sets?
can these punch square holes in aluminium?
The 75002.5A will punch square holes but punching aluminum is not recommended because it can distort the material.
I just got off the phone with Hougen and the person told me that square holes weren't available. Is this true?
I wish to buy one set for making 10 mm holes in angle 40xr0x4 mm thickness. Wish to see personally the demo. Do you have any dealer in UAE

30 mm hole in 5 mm stainless steel pls give model no
After about 1700 holes made using hole saws and the hours (if not days) it would take to make holes using a hole saw, a tool like this could have been yours; for the amount of money this tool costs to buy and own.
I just rounded the numbers up: $40 worth of hole saw and arbor up to around 1" dia. cutting through 1/4" thick steel you get thirty holes per saw bit.
Of course, one could get way more holes out of one saw bit, but c'mon that's a drill press, controlled handling of material (vise, clamp, magnet, tack weld, etc.) and coolant/lubricant all over everything. None of that is happening out there; assembling on the fly.
I just found out about this ten minutes ago. I would buy one just to say I have that kind of tool. I kind of need one right now; I hope the local Welding shop has a punch press. I'm going to ask them about this.
Very nice instrument, indeed. Great video, also. There is a better way; find it.
Thanks to you, I found it. =^.^=
