Okay, (vent) I’m a local Hawaiian from Oahu, it really upsets me when non local buy our houses yes we love when you visit. Come, we welcome you! But to move? I’m sorry no! Non locals buy our houses and make our living hard! We have more home owners in Hawaii who are not even from here than we do our native people. It really upsets me. Think about what you are doing. Someone had to say something!!!

Hidden veggie hack for the taco crescent rolls : finely grate carrots into the beef mix and mix riced cauliflower with real rice! I do this for my family and no one suspects anything or cares. LOVE your videos.. such a beautiful and vibrant family

Its so hard when its bidding wars on houses but I trust God will provide the right one in the right time, as He has done for us before too! What a blessing our military members are serving and getting homes and when I think of all they sacrifice for us Im grateful they can be stationed in Hawaii and get to raise their families there too, they deserve wonderful homes! 🌸🌈🙏🏻

Your right Bri, you have an advantage. You have a house your staying in while you take your time and make the right decisions. Things happen for a reason you just need to trust your instincts. Good comes to those who wait. I know you will end up with your perfect home. Can you buy land and build, is that a option as well?
I love the back yard and the white tiled shower ❤️ also that Dell, my husband use to work for Dell so I know those are fantastic PCs we have had several over the years but never one so pretty 😍. I know God will definitely lead you to where you are supposed to be... TFS!! 🥰🥰🥰
Hi Bri! I liked the house, especially the kitchen and the back yard. The bedrooms, I thought they were kinda small. Wish you best of luck, if you decide to bid for it! Every time we’ve bought a house it’s been a super competitive market like that (Los Angeles and Seattle). You get your heart broken but eventually you find the one. Good luck! 🤞🤞

I make something similar I make my taco meat and use an extra packet of seasoning and also add in a little bit of salsa, corn and black beans. I then put a heaping spoon full of mix unto one Cresent and cross over the the edges its ok if some of the mixture is showing. Bake untill the crescents are golden and serve with sour cream.
Oooh yum! I might add more toppings next time!!
I am a military family and yes there is a PCSing (permanent change of station) season that happens towards late spring and throughout the summer since a lot of military members join the summer after high school. And also I love watching you videos! You keep me motivated to keep my house clean and be a better mom! Best of luck!

This^ plus some families try to wait closer to the end of the school year so families will get a temporary extension so they can PCS during the Spring/Summer.

Yes it is "pcs" season. Where most contracts are renewed / due to be at next duty station. It's a pain tbh lol. Good luck though!

Florida has no state income tax, but you still have to pay Federal taxes. Washington, Alaska, New Hampshire, Tennessee are a few others, there are 9 states total.

The housing market is crazy in Utah right now too. Houses are getting multiple offers day 1 and selling for 30k+ above asking.

Totally understand your homebuyer "Feeling the pressure and then your heart gets broken" dilemma. We sold our apartment in Manhattan (NYC) in January and are looking for a home in Long Beach CA; you totally have to make an offer BEFORE the home is even listed. So frustrating...Good Luck...follow your dream.
