I'm planning to retire in Pampanga from California in the next few years. I'm curious after watching many videos on real estate in San Fernando, Pampanga and the host are speaking Tagalog. I'm very proud to be fluent in Tagalog and Kapangpangan - the local dialec in San Fernando. Is there a reason why you use Tagalog instead of the native dialect of Kapangpangan? I realize Tagalog is the main language in the Philippines.
FYI simply Archie, you call that a mini-split air conditioner unit, "NOT an INVERTER" (inverter is an apparatus which converts direct current into alternating current- e.g. your roof solar panel creates DC and has an "inverter" to convert the direct current to alternating current in order to be used inside the house, such as power outlets, and all of your appliances that need electricity).
