Blessings from Costa Rica. I have been to Manila and Boracay island about 40 years ago. What a beautiful place. Boracay was not developed then and only had a handful of restaraunts and rental cabins along the shores. We had the best time with the locals and enjoyed the chicken in bamboo over the open fire with rice and vegetables. I also loved the sunsets. Pura Vida (Pure Life) from Costa Rica!
Can't let them feel insecure. Always talking about the native wildlife and how it's essential we never let the non-native wildlife in to ruin the ecosystem, whereas they themselves as are the NON-NATIVES.

We have to stop with this notion that Columbus discovered these places where their were inhabitants there already.
They are probably referring to Columbus making it known to the world cause nobody there had a boat to go on vacation!
