I honestly think that this house is one of the most beautiful/incredible house I've ever seen. 👍
Bio Bot om agree with u brother
What if landsliding occurs?
@@maryamsaleem6473
They're pretty sure it won't repeat a fjord formation in Norway before some 10,000-odd years into the future. That beats any house builder's guarantee for a stable foundation.
@@maryamsaleem6473 norwegian mountains landsliding have occured how often in the news?
I dont
The most sophisticated show about truly extraordinary homes at Netflix,, thanks to Caroline Quentin and Piers Taylor. I'm so hoping for the new season. Thank you for the wonderful shows so far.
An architect with a vision and a big budget. That's a great combo.
And just in case anyone is counting comments to gauge interest in bringing the show back...Yes! Bring it back with Piers and Caroline and the same format.
the house knocks me out even more when i think about it... its such a beautiful house, stunning!
Love this show so much. These two are great together, very fun to watch. It's such a great joy every time i watch this show.
I love this show so much wish the had done more episodes!
Norway is ome of my favouurute piace, a piece of my heart is there, Fiords are something special . This house is fsntastic. Wow

in a word , STUNNING!
Norway is an amazing country with a great and unique culture.
Woah this is insanely beautiful, it is art indeed
i'd spend a year isolated from any contact in a place like that.. maybe the rest of my life . rs AWESOME
Karina Pontes well... It's time to put that to the test 😂
Well imagine being immortal and live in that house
Absolutely stunning home
Holly crap this house is awesome!
Simply brilliant!
1:43 That view looks like it came straight from the Baltimore Aquarium, very cool.
Simply Genius
Is this the house from Ex Machina?
i think so lol
No that was a Hotel and this is a private house
To be clear Ex Machina used multiple locations. Among them this house for the living room. The hotel for various other parts. And a built set. So yes.
Thought the same too. Think it was used for interior shots upon entering the house.
your both wright
Stunning!
Amazing! Viva Norway !
Stunning !!!
the living room of this home was used in a scene in the movie ex machina
nice, extraordinary and gorgeous
This is a dream house...is amazing . Is really a dream
Beautiful the house with the stone have a minimalist style but big luxury idea in the half of the forest . The nature comfort warmth the stone the dinnig room the color that have in the house all i lovet this home im in loveeeee
This is... BEAUTIFUL 😍😱
Wow. Beautiful.
Must be amazing in winter
I love this show :) sadly it was taken off Netflix 😭😭😭 I miss it so much
Man I didn't realise it was gone till today.
I m so mad at netflix it was such a good Show
I don't know how they don't have a bouldering pad under that lovely rock wall. I'd never leave!
Gorgeous
Beautiful and different home
Me! Apasiona la arquitectura qué cumpla la armonía con la naturaleza.
Crear un espació qué no rompa la sincronía.
Qué se adapté sin dejar de Ser único y especial!!!
En Todos los sentidos.
Los veo Desdé
Chiconcuac Edo. De México
Much of the home used in the final film is actually a hotel. The Juvet Landscape Hotel, from the Norwegian team at Jensen & Skodvin Architects. Although the film takes place in Alaska, this stunning hotel is actually found in a remote area of Norway.

Ex Machina Movie House - Interior
Please continue season 4!
Breathtakingly INCREDIBLE...!!
PERFECTION...
Amazing
This is why this was one of my Favorite Shows on Netflix I was sad 😢😢they took it off I had to come look for it on the Tube, I Love to watch it the morning as inspiration & to get off your As* we no time for Procrastinating
That is the sickest living room I've ever seen
I want a house like that :( One day I will
ok boys and girls it s cleaning glass time
because whoever owns this cant afford to make some random dude do it for them?
There is glass that doesn't get dirty..
Well son, it may seem that way. Mom does the work little jonny
conexos2007 yep
There are self cleaning glass nowadays
I heard with glass like that you have bird's hitting your window and dying lol especially if its too clean
Very nice house!
liked this video, the moment i heard the song
Extraordinary...
Beautiful 😍
The living room reminds me of the house in the Incredibles 2. Very mid century modern
I'm looking for the full series to watch in Australia and I can't find it anywhere. This show was my happy, safe place a few years ago. I'd love to buy it if that's possible!
High level architecture
A real Viking hideout! Absolutely love it.👍🏻 it’s obvious they do not have dogs or there would be nose smears all over the glass!🐩🦊🐶🐽🐽🐽🐽
It's like dogs have a magnetic tendency to run their snouts across clean glass LOL.
This is as far away from the beginning dark 30 smelly houses that those poor gas lifting this is a lighthouse filled with air nature in a way it's minimalism organic brutalist and high-tech all at the same time it's a wonderful fishing of stars it truly work of art
That is heaven's house, it's my dream to live in that house
The huge rock in the living room I wish I could climb it and just chill up there all day
So Beautiful,i'm in love.
Wow! I could live and die there.
Spectacular house!! I only wonder what they do for electricity, plumbing and off-season heating.
Fun fact: If you have seen the movie "The Wave", the norwegian catastrophe movie. The wave will hit this place too as the mountain is just out on the fjord. Also - this place had its own wave about a hundred years ago called "Tafjord ulykka".
Ex machina!!!
In Norway you usually have a Hitta which I prefer it is a small wood cabin with usually no internet that I usually go sling form a company one and it is perfect
Wow
as a geologist i love it
Beautiful, inspiring... The only problem is security, i think. All those glass. If a intruder comes, is very easy enter to this home.
House of Prayers.
WOW😎
Wow 👏👏👏 LIKE 👍👍🤝😃
A little piece of me dies when people wear their shoes inside these beautiful houses lol
Welcome Mr. Bond.
I want this house
We have a winner.
I kind of want to climb the rocks and just chill there 😂😂
Can you film other parts of the house please? It seems there’s a lot more to see
they show more on the full episode which is on Netflix
being in this house someday is totally my wet dream
Omg so echoes, I want a house like that so spacious
Damn!
So beautiful. I wonder how they manage things like sewage and power?
Its not only modern Norwegian architecture but Scandinavian (The Nordic Countries) 🇮🇸🇩🇰🇳🇴🇸🇪🇫🇮!
Jævla svenske ass. Dere har IKEA og ABBA, la oss ha dette huset
OMG!
Like the house from Ex Machina.
Maybe not the same, but very similar.
Its the same
Can we please see their 'regular' house? :0
Such bitter comments that REEK of petty jealousy. It’s funny as it doesn’t matter how many nasty comments people post to make themselves feel better it still won’t change the fact it’s a beautiful house & the people that own it & live there are very lucky!
My house, please clean before you leave. I hope you enjoyed your stay. 🏵
bellabana Nothing more than absolute respect for these people getting it
"Oh no someone has a different opinion than me? Better call them jealous because my opinion is the right one?"
Just because you like the house doesn't mean that everyone should. Jesus freaking Christ you anger me with your stupid beliefs.
Season 3 please
This house is borrowing from the organic architecture of John Lautner for example absolutely amazing that living room with a rock post rolling out the concrete fireplace
this... this... (jaw dropped)
I like "born to be wild", but totally inappropriate for this video.
Omg that's weird, I was thinking the same thing! Haha
Well it’s pretty WILD to post your house up on the side of a cliff though don’t ya think? Love the place but nonetheless WILD!
I get your concept, but that cliche is not what this house is about. Yes, it's out in unspoiled nature (ie. wild). Yes, one feels free in up in the trees (ie. wild). Yes, there are no roads delivering access to the site (ie. again, wild).
But it is really a much more sophisticated and mature sense of wild than this music conveys and the associated zeitgeist of the social cultural environment that period. To make that music choice actually denigrates what is a much more powerful understanding and release of emotional insight into the grandness and infinite subtlety nature begs us to explore and try to grasp.
Musically, maybe more apt that might convey this concept better, would be Respighi's Pines of Rome. Listen on UA-cam and see what you think and then compare that to the "millennial" misinterpreted expression of nature. Jus' sayn'...
Thanks, Lori -- well stated.
@@ryanfountain7030 a little WILD a bit WACKY some would say
The beginning intro looks like the incredibles 2 home lol
So just in the last second of the clip, I saw a road below the cliffs. So was a crane enough to move those glass panels. And I'm guessing the pump for that amount of concrete was insane.
There is actually sort of road access from the other side of the house, my grandparents have their orchard there and you can drive through it and almost down to the house. And yes, there is a road that goes below the house that you could probably use a crane from
Three years late but anyways
When she mentiones that the heat will bounce of that cliff...sure sure, but in the winter when its -25 that rock will take an entire winter to heat up to living temperature. Granite is a great heat conductor but not great storing heat, so better be keeping that fireplace running from September to May.
this the house from incredibles 2
Where can you find a list of people who live in the houses on the show? I’m so curious to find out what the people who live in these types of homes do for a living!🤩
it´s a vacation house, not the principal house. that makes it a bit harder to find out
kinda looks like the house from the incredibles 2
Tell me if I'm Wrong, I saw that house in the movie 🍿 ex machina it looks very similar inside same rock and fireplace.
Ava used to live there
shit... I'm stunned...
Oh boy im early !
It looks awesome.
Heating in winter must be a nightmare with that rock though.
And no road? How do you get things there? Helicopter? A hoist of some sort?
but it's a summer house....
1) rocks are great for heat. Stone retains heat for a very long time. 2) they probably just walked from the road.
0:49 I love caroline hahahah
I dream live there and mary
Netflix has removed it from their service a few months ago and idk where to watch it now
😍💪🏼👊🏼
