Thanks for letting us see the aftermath, you appear to have fared better than some especially like St Elizabeth and southern parishes such a pity it seems to have destroyed so much fruit bearing trees , thankfully loss of life has been minimal, Big up the boys for jumping in to help cleaning up, fantastic idea drive out to charge the phone's, Hope the power is restored soon. Blessings from down under 🦘🇦🇺👍🇯🇲👍🏿
Tyler, you have a true passion for teaching children in all that you do. Not only are the boys blessed to have you as a male role model, but you always find the opportunity to teach them (and us) something new! Sonia, my girl! That breadfruit 🤤 looked so good! I love the meals you prepare! Boys, you are doing amazing, we see the improvements, and that wheelbarrow!!!! Pristine indeed😂
Glad to see that your side of Ja feared well in comparison to many other areas. It's heartwarming to see the boys happily helping to clean up in the aftermath of the hurricane. The chicken coop was really built to last. I was thinking maybe it would be damaged. The hurricane makes it easier for you to plant your own fruit trees. In another 2/3 years, you can have your own fruit bearing trees. Great team work, guys.
Tyler, 🌸Sonia and the boys🤴🏽🤴🏽🤴🏽 so happy that you are all well, so glad that it wasn’t any worse. Thank you for the footage of the hurricane! The boys did such an awesome job helping with the clean up- 🎉🎉🎉
Hi Fire and Irie family, nice seeing the team working together ❤️ all in all it could be much worse. The boys remembered the answers to the hurricane questions so happy for their progress. Good night Andre and Junior. Thursday vlog done thanks Tyler🤙🏾
If you dig a fairly deep hole and replant the unbroken mature plantain and banana trees they will survive. You might meet to support them until they grow new roots. Glad you made out fairly well.
At the threat of the hurricane I set a large zip lock bag of water in the freezer. It kept the freezer cold a little longer, and I had ice for a while.
I think the chickens have PTSD due to the hurricane 😂. The boys are doing a great job. They deserve a treat ❤. Yes, I agree that you guys could benefit from a generator. Glad you guys are ok. We paid prayers for you guys.❤
Hey Irie and Fire, so happy you guys are safe and well. The farm has been replenished, new growth in the next few weeks. Continued blessings, stay safe.
It's 7/11/24 that I am viewing your video, it's great to see that you and your family is doing well post hurricane and the boys are helping to clean up, hope your electricity resume soon.
Tyler did u know the dry coconut that fell from the tree u can cut them open and get the cocnut for Sonia to use and cool her rice and peas. Don't let them waste. Its also so nice to see everyone helping out .
Sonia you can wrap the breadfruit in foil and roast it the stove wont dirty your hand wont black up but the foil is very hot so use a cloth to feel the breadfruit
Tyler, you guys are lucky....you only received the weakest winds. In my neck of the woods, Manchester, it was very bad as the eye of the hurricane grazed most of the southern coast of the island. I lost a lot of trees but my house is ok. St Elizabeth, Clarendon were badly hit. Hope you'll get back light soon. Nice to see the boys being helpful . They are displaying a better attitude these days.👍
Get a generator and solar, I got stuck in the hurricane on my vacation in Jamaica. My first hurricane there. I just came back home last week and it was very hot afterwards. Thankfully the Airbnb where I stayed they had solar, it heloed a lot
Hi Cage Family. I enjoyed your vlog very much. However, I have been unable to watch as often since you're driving. I kept getting migraines, and then I realized it's because you're speeding up your camera it's giving me motion sickness, and that caused a trigger. MIGRAINE 😢 PS THANK GOD EVERYONE IN YOU'RE HOUSE IS SAFE......SONIA I HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH YOUR MOM AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS.
@@fireandirie fortunately I had power throughout the hurricane. Jps power went off early and we have been supplied power by the estate I live on. We are yet to get back Jps power but grateful. Flow service is non existent and Digicel is sketchy. But grateful all is well. We have a generator that supplies the whole house, and we had ensure to purchase a few gallons of gas just in case.
