Long Live Sony. Their old Xplod recievers were amazing, and these look amazing too. High Res Audio is an welcome addition. Being able to play back full 24 bit audio in your car is amazing.

I own the XAV-8000, and it sound great, I love how big the screen is but I'm not a big fan of the anti-glare display

Yes, wired Android Auto is supported if you choose, and it does use a USB-C port.
