can NACH be taken back...? as in i had enrolled in a upsc course and they and suggested to me if you do not want to pay the money upfront we will suggest you to take a loan through us you just have to give e mandate through NACH. Now after using the course i am dissatisfied with the quality. Can i take back the e mandate?

RBI regulates the payment and settlement system
In Country under the provisions of payment and settlement act 2007
NPCI is a specialised agency which looks after innovation
In payment and settlement system.
Btw Rbi regulates ECS

RTGS is a type of real time digital payment and as it is governed by RBI so it will be operated on weekdays
