I like the thought of saying, "I value peace more than I value..." We're currently on Baby Step 2 and it's hard to maintain the discipline of paying off debt. Putting it in terms of trading debt for peace is helpful.
That’s so interesting that we as humans get so caught up in “keeping up with the Jones” and trying to have what the latest gadgets are that a lot of us do not stop and say “Will my life really change if I buy this purse, car, jewelry, etc.? That we don’t remember that at the end of life those things which we worked so hard to have will mean nothing. And our relationships will be what matters most.
Hi Rachel, I follow your videos but never comment it... but in this case I think that It was one of the most valuable videos that you did.. thanks for share this content with us, great message!... warms regards from Argentina!
Hola, yo tambien soy de Argentina y la sigo. Aprendi bastante incluso cuando hay cosas que no se aplican por ser paises distintos, pero la logica en muchas cosas es la misma.
Thanks for my sermon ending! This absolutely goes with my sermon and newspaper column application this week as I am thinking about the soil and the flour in Matthew 13. I will be certain to credit you and include the link in all print copies. You are a great example of my point. ❤
I recently received a settlement from sustaining a tbi at a public forum. The $ is for lost income and home care. Wish I had my health more than the $ just saying.
This is on my list! Thanks for the recommendation. By the way, I was binge listening to The Ramsey Show the last few days and I have to say that I loved you quoted Giorgio Tsoukalos. I love Ancient Aliens!!
I think if you have a healthy view on money and are doing the baby steps.. go make as much money as you can, just remember keeping God, family and then business. Just be structured with your time.
Great video and it's a positive reminder of the truly important aspects of building wealth and living a rewarding life. The one thing I'd suggest regarding your mention in the book's stories about a sensitive topic like suicide is to avoid using the phrase "committed suicide". I'd suggest using a more empathetic tone and in line with contemporary psychology by indicating that a person "died by suicide". Again this was a fantastic video. Keep up the great content. 😊
I love the grounded reality of this channel!!!, Despite the recession, I'm so happy withdrawing $60K weekly profit out of my investment I can now afford anything and also support Charity Organizations.
I always thought I would be overwhelmingly happy once I became wealthy ... now that I am here, what I really want is to enjoy my time with my family.

The Housel book is one of the best books ever written about personal finance. So glad to see Rachel praising it.
Agreed

Currently reading and I LOVE IT!!
Yes. TY, Rachel. That was an amazing book and audiobook!
Love the book review Rachel! Very nice
Can’t wait to start listening to the audiobook while I’m driving my 18 wheeler!
Sounds like a good book. A friendly point out of a typo in the video title though: 'Booked' should be 'Book'.
Yeah I was wondering if reading the book had a downside--"booked"
I love this book. Also Same As Ever.
Reading it currently 👍 over half way done 👍 great read!! One of my next reads is Smart Money Smart kids 😉
How exciting!! I just ordered a new book
The word "rich" is interesting. I remember growing up and hearing "they're rich, we aren't rich."
That word is not even part of my vocabulary anymore.
This is on my list! Thanks for the recommendation.

My wife threw this book at my head.
Money is not everything--but if you dont have it is.

Thank you
Excellent!
4000 weeks and Die With Zero are also good money books.
So true
Rachel, I listened to "The Richest Man in Babylon" on youtube and really enjoyed it.
Wondering your thoughts on it, if you've read it
The typo in the title is driving me nuts.
Thanks for fixing it - I can now take this seriously enough to listen to the review!
You should read rich dad poor dad next LOL
"Booked". Does no one proofread anymore?

What kind of investment do you do
How do you earn that much weekly
I earn from investing in the digital market with the guidance of Mrs Elizabeth Ann Larson Brokerage services...
Her strategy has been helping alot of traders/ newbies out there , with her program I was able to recover my losses from the crash so swiftly .
@@Elizabethcoley1 So how do I get involved in all these?
I really need her assistance
Show me how!
Reading it currently 👍 over half way done 👍 great read!! One of my next reads is Smart Money Smart kids 😉
