Damn Jim when it rains it pours huh bud ? -- Having battled both colon problems and skin cancer I feel your pain but take heart -- you are home now and there is light at the end of the tunnel

Actually felt & looked the same after each hospital visit as I'm typing this day 4 post op pain still at 7 of 10 down from 10 eating a little more but not much.
butter up those nurses for sure --- that extra fruit cup and fresh ice water in your pitcher means a lot when ya are down flat on ya back and can't get it on your own

funny thing about the nurses I bet they know early on who's nice and who's going to be a PITA
