I was at this gig, and at the start of this where Francis says, "Before he insults another member of the audience..." he's referring to Rhino, who early on in the show, encouraged a man in the front row to stand up and get dancing, only to find out that he had a prosthetic leg. This lead to a lot of Rhino mocking in Francis' talking parts.
