Lots Of Love About 4 months. The first month and a half was just me trying different techniques and seeing which worked best. For me, I used Amanda’s mental diet and Jospeh Ali’s method of constructing a scene. every time I have a contradicting thought, I would switch it to a positive thought. When I start to feel sad about my current reality, I stop myself and try to visualize my scene until I feel calmer. Then I would go back to the positive intentions until I’m able to distract myself with something. :)
Neha Singh similar to what Amanda said, write out all your negative thoughts. I noticed you had some in your comment. after each negative thought, write a complete opposite thought that’s positive and read through those a few times. Then, keep repeating those positive thoughts every time you feel doubtful. best of luck!

So true! I’ve been desiring an SP since December and I manifested him in April. It turns out, we have so much in common! He also always tells me how beautiful I am, how much he likes me, etc, and I used to believe that he would never be interested in me. My perception of him “ignoring” me was really just his way of ignoring how strong his feelings are for me (he actually said this to me). Never give up if you really want it! 😊

I also manifested my best friend back. He was so done with me, he wouldn’t answer my calls or text and he genuinely didn’t want to talk to me and blocked me everywhere. woah, i feel like i manifested this video!! i had a huge breakdown yesterday over seeing my sp hanging out with another of his exes despite him telling me he wasn't ready to be in a relationship with anyone. i overthought everything so much i ended up sobbing outside of my college with my best friend telling me how awful my sp is... this morning i realised i manifested ALL of it, including everything my best friend was saying. just gotta get back up, think positive and try again!

THIS ACTUALLY WORKED. OMG YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS. TOTALLY. self love. like, i got REALLY excited about this guy and i wanted him to contact me... so I waited and I realized i got too excited when the guy DID text me. really, i want us to talk more on a consistent basis, they chase me, but I LOVE ME and I DO NOT put them over me. it is always me and it can be ME and THEM. so.. i let go of " i am not good enough" (and it was a bit hard because I didn't think of this DIrECTLY but ithis idea came in its own way and form in my situation SO... I replaced with " i am good enough" and there was a shift. and i am owrking and loving the BALANCE of love for me and enjoying the new love with him a lot better. happiness for me and happiness for We :D
@@Edtheboss-r7u YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. I surely did!!!!!!!!!!!!! I changed my inner story I said I was good enough (EVEN THO I TOTALLY THOUGHT THAT THIS DID NOT APPLY TO ME AT FIRST. Not being good enough came in its OWN WAY OR FORM FOR ME so that's why it was harder to notice. I gave thhe counterintentnion for this a try and said I am good enough and it HELPED. I did and am still working to be with my geat mental diet. Every time I had a bad storey, i recognized this and said NO! I must say.... My bad inner story felt... heavier than the lighter and good inner story. it was nice noticing and feeling this shift in thought weight. AND He said he'd contact me in my desired way AND GAVE me an explanation why he was Away. ;D Super excited!

Very true I tried so many things but nothing worked till I tried to apply wat Amanda suggested that thoughts creates our reality.i have not manifested my biggest desire yet but I have manifested small things and everytime I feel like giving up I see her video and it reminds me that we are the creater of our reality
Awesome, I'm going to use this on my job. I currently think thoughts like "my job sucks", and "I have to bust my butt and work really fast the whole time I'm there", and "It's so overwhelming and stressful", and "It's like have to do a two person job by myself", and "I hardly get to talk to anybody while I'm there". So my new intentions will be "my job is awesome", and "my job is fun and easy", and "I get to relax and take it easy at times", and "I always get help when I need it", and "I socialize with my coworkers every chance I get".
I definitely manifested this video!!! Today I was teling myself: "I wish there was a video explaining how often we need to say what you need and I would love to know if we can have and say more than one intention at the same time..." And there is the video!

Manifesting something big... i make smaller intentions to build confidence. I know ive been on the right track lately so a few days ago i started intending a guy at work that never talks to me, likes me and just became suddenly overwhelmingly smitten with me. Today he starts showing up in my general area after being gone and absent for weeks or months. He walks through, stops and turns to me and just stands there, I can feel his eyes on me, burning a hole in my forehead 😂... his gaze just grabs my attention, i felt watched. im like “what’s up?” he’s so awkward like clearly focused on me trying to come up with something to say 😂 he says “... crazy day today ...” waits a little bit and walks off. its was the moments he stared me down when I wasn’t looking. Not saying anything.. trying to get me to look up. Like who would do that. Only if they liked you. It works 😂 its fun Ok so have you ever walked into a room and forgot why you were there or what you were doing? His awkwardness had this vibe! Like he was drawn and some hand said go here look here. Like my thoughts had compelled him to... it was just way too coincidental. I thought about it hard for a few days then thought about other intentions since then. Yeah i was kind of low key looking for him to show up but I didn’t care either way cause of LOA how it works. 3D wont matter either way. Edit: i made a blanket intention “everyone is in love with me” cause I didn’t see the harm. Thought it would be fun. Listed a few men in there with it. Yeah don’t do that unless you actually want it. So out of the blue, same day another one on my list. We get into this deep discussion about things and the vibes were.. kind of even on the uncomfortable level sort of deep. The deep when you know someone is into you and wants to learn more and more and form a bond. I didn’t mean for that to happen. But he started laughing at all my jokes paying attention to things i even so much as mumbled and pay special attention and was incredibly sweet that day. I didnt like this person that much so it became really awkward. So im finding that now im trying to unintend and im not that good at it! So even if i intend for him not to like me... im stl focusing on him liking me. And so its still hitting subconscious bringing more of it. Ahhhhh. Literally, a few days of intending and THREE different unrelated people started becoming attracted to me. 🥴 be careful!!! ESPECIALLY if you already know you can manifest... even the small things. The big things you think eh let’s just play with this, practice on intending or intending the opposite of the small things and get good at it before change very big things. I remember amanda talking about being out on a boat and trying to paddle the other way “no no go the other way” 😂 it really is like that!! Then you flip to the new reality and its like when you honestly drop the resistance and even try to repel it’s like your manifesting capability becomes a magnet because you mentally now have enough more than you want so viola... you get more of it. Maybe i should just focus on thinking he doesn’t like me.. at least the one that creeped me out, but then maybe he will hate me. Oh crap. This is hard haha i gotta practice more with coffees and 5 dollar bills then come back to intending on revising people. One of those people was my sp, we had been on very little contact for 2 months and on the same day these two people become smitten, he’d been so dry and minimal and aloof, borderline mean, he comes back and starts sharing EVERYTHING he’d been doing, sending pictures of himself and all the stuff he’d been up to, paid attention to everything i said, he asked a question i skipped over and later comes back “did you answer that question or did i miss it?” And asks me again. Like totally focused on me... what the heck?! Seriously. He changed. Then i did my thing where i said “but you were quiet for weeks it hurt my feelings.” He was a little reactive but i kept intending I’d get my way, and that conversation went so much better than it ever had. I’m at the point i can walk away from it and it doesn’t bother me cause i know he isnt going anywhere. I can change it how i like day to day and if i get busy i can just be busy then if i want him to apologize or acknowledge what i say i can intend that. Its taken 2 years of studying and trial and error. At one point i thought it was all bogus cause nothing was happening but i know what i wanted. I think its when little stuff started happening that I didn’t care either way, my confidence built. Its like Ana was saying. It will eventually just click and you’ll know what works and that it actually DOES work. Actually really easily even if you think it’s so hard now, it’ll work. Keep trying. Mental diet is no joke. Thats when it all changed. When contradictory thoughts crept in, i got in the habit of scolding myself (Thats what works for me) and flipping it on the spot. Thats when it all started happening and i gained control. And it got easy, maybe 1-3 weeks is what it took for mental diet to turn the boat around. Persist persist persist and dont be afraid to intend for all kinds of things just keep assuming you get what you want and dont have to do anything to make it happen. It just always happens the way you want. Since it will happen, it already has happened, so just enjoy your day knowing that. One thing i did start doing, i talk to myself OUT LOUD in the shower or the car, in third person. I call myself by name and tell myself my intentions. “Anna, everyone loves you. Anna, you get what you want and don’t have to try.” It’s like you become your own motivator or therapist or something and reassure yourself i guess. But when i started doing that it mentally put something outside of me even though it was me, telling me my reality was. Just as i wanted it. I could saying 50 different things and just having the goals in mind that i wanted, they just start flowing. And that made a big difference for me personally. It seemed to build confidence. Even whisper under my breathe at work, as long as my lips are moving I feel the words. It makes a lot of difference as opposed to saying it in my head. Seriously whatever it takes for you to build confidence and feel your intentions being reality is good. I did also start intending I’d be able to eat oreos and still lose weight. I lost quite a bit but couldn’t keep away from oreos. I said ya know what i like oreos so im gonna keep losing weight even though i eat oreos and milk every other night. Anddddd my plateau broke. Im lighter than ive ever been. I do work out but plateaus happen and you can easily think you’ve reached your full potential... but you can be whatever you wanna be. Honestly.
This is crazy, I’ve watched your videos before and they’ve always been super helpful! But today, I was sat dwelling on my reality (why hasn’t he called/messaged it’s been a week, obsessively checking his “last seen online” and his social media to see where he’s at) and I thought to myself okay I need to stop I need to ignore this reality and I click on UA-cam to type in “ignore your reality” and this video pops up as the first recommended video! Anyway, thank you for this video it really resonated and it’s been super helpful, I’m going to start applying this and you make it sound so natural and effortless which is how it should be ♥️

Well... I did everything right. No fixation, no worrying... Had complete and utter confidence. Had a date, last minute they cancelled and told me to leave them alone. I'm kinda shook tbh. I had complete confidence 100% of the time.. I did my imaginal scene once every few days for about 10ish minutes.
Do u have confidence or HAD confidence? It isn't supposed to stop just because you had a little setback ..keep believing and being condident if that is the case...
Just intent for them. I intent for them to feel good. I intent for them to overcome their struggles and be the best versions of themselves. I intent for them to be physicly and mentaly healthy.

I got my sp back after 3 months of trying to manifest and I had a lot blockage he was even at the beach with the 3rd party and every times I thought I got him back I had pushed him away by complaining about third party texting him and thinking they were together I took your advice and I intended him to be with me and only love me I also intended for us to be in a loving, passionate, committed relationship now all he does is show his love for me he even cut the third party off within 2 weeks of doing this and now we are happy it’s like it never happened I was also scripting and meditating.
I heard that we can still create even if we don't believe it, but not believing it is resistance and doubt.. so how is it possible to create something you don't believe?
Because there's a part of u that DOES believe it or that knows. You can say "I don't believe that" in your conscious mind while deep down....feeling it is true...just like we can claim we believe something and it doesn't manifest because within us...there is doubt and disbelief.

Need advice: I've just started a mental diet to attract an "ex" who has blocked me from everywhere except one WhatsApp group with just the two of us on it, but he only ghosts me there (I'm grateful he's still on the group though!). I've been feeling very good the past few days, thanks to Amanda, and today I wished him good luck for his exams. I sent him two texts and he replied with "STOP texting". How do I ignore this reality and continue to focus and believe that he will be back with me?

But Practicing self love is about raising your vibration, something I do in various ways. I don't particularly do self love meditation every day and I still manifest the things I want like crazy. 😃
MegaHandy69 it’s all about belief but some people believe in themselves and trust the process more when they learn to love themselves. It helps with releasing resistance too. It’s just a technique.
I love Amanda's videos and her energy. These videos have really helped. I am trying to ignore my reality. My SP and I are getting closer everyday and our feelings are getting stronger. However my SP is still with someone else and I am struggling with that. I feel guilty and that it's wrong. I also don't have the money to stay with my SP and that is a main reason we can't be together. Not sure how to fix this, the guilt of someone else getting hurt, the worry that if my SP could do this with me, would they cheat if we were together and the lack of finances. I guess I am reflective because my SPs partner is there for a week and though they said they would be thinking of me, I am worried of losing everything I have built so far. Thanks for listening

Amanda i have a question. I love to dance and listen the music. As u said and a lot of the law of attraction coach: visualization needs emotion. So if i will imagine me and loved one, (with whom i dont talk in this current 3D reality) to dance with my lovely music, it has more potential to come to reality right? Coz music which i like, it gives me emotion and vizualization gives me the way the things come to reality. What u think?
Hi! I am really struggling today and I have found some answers in your videos. Yesterday I found out that my ex is seeing someone. I have been visualizing but the pain I’m in makes it very hard. I dont know why I manifiested this situation or hearing about it. What can I do when the pain is too difficult to handle and everyone around me says I should just FORGET ABOUT HIM. I feel stupid visualizing someone that is moving on. Please help.
Big hug... You are amazing and powerful. You can change this around. Sit down and write out everything that is negative about your situation then cross them out one by after you change it to what you want. Getting on top of your thoughts is the best thing to do. Also think about all the good things about yourself and write down everything that makes you an awesome person. Focus your thoughts on everything good about u,. And focus your thoughts on him coming back to u. I believe in you. Instead of saying he is moving on.. say he is coming back!
People get ex's back all the time. I have manifested back ex's before. If you think they don't want you, then they don't. Everyone is you pushed out... changing your thoughts will change your life
For me it sounds like a partial manifestation. I had those a few times over the last few months. Amanda even did a video on that. I hope you can manifest the whole sweater into your life. All the best 😘
My manifesting my sp is going the complete opposite. I'm like heartbroken. She only sees me as a good friend. I have done things in the past that made her a little uncomfortable. And said confided in someone who turn on both her n I n said what I said to my sp... my sp forgives me for all of my mistakes. But she has zero romantic interest in me. I'm stuck in my manifesting. If she is me pushed out what mental diets must I do what are some good imaginary act scenarios and congratulatory scene to help alter this reality... I need a deeper understanding of all this. :)
Any tips on how to identify subconscious limiting beliefs? I understand mental diet, but what to do when you don’t know your limiting beliefs? I see minor changes, so i think maybe there’s something subconscious blocking my desire...

I said I was good enough (EVEN THO I TOTALLY THOUGHT THAT THIS DID NOT APPLY TO ME AT FIRST. Not being good enough came in its OWN WAY OR FORM FOR ME so that's why it was harder to notice. I gave thhe counterintentnion for this a try and said I am good enough and it HELPED.
I did and am still working to be with my geat mental diet. Every time I had a bad storey, i recognized this and said NO! I must say.... My bad inner story felt... heavier than the lighter and good inner story. it was nice noticing and feeling this shift in thought weight.
AND He said he'd contact me in my desired way AND GAVE me an explanation why he was Away. ;D

Awesome, I'm going to use this on my job. I currently think thoughts like "my job sucks", and "I have to bust my butt and work really fast the whole time I'm there", and "It's so overwhelming and stressful", and "It's like have to do a two person job by myself", and "I hardly get to talk to anybody while I'm there". So my new intentions will be "my job is awesome", and "my job is fun and easy", and "I get to relax and take it easy at times", and "I always get help when I need it", and "I socialize with my coworkers every chance I get".
I think I'm gonna watch this video as a reminder for any time I am thinking/feeling negatively.

Manifesting something big... i make smaller intentions to build confidence. I know ive been on the right track lately so a few days ago i started intending a guy at work that never talks to me, likes me and just became suddenly overwhelmingly smitten with me. Today he starts showing up in my general area after being gone and absent for weeks or months. He walks through, stops and turns to me and just stands there, I can feel his eyes on me, burning a hole in my forehead 😂... his gaze just grabs my attention, i felt watched. im like “what’s up?” he’s so awkward like clearly focused on me trying to come up with something to say 😂 he says “... crazy day today ...” waits a little bit and walks off. its was the moments he stared me down when I wasn’t looking. Not saying anything.. trying to get me to look up. Like who would do that. Only if they liked you. It works 😂 its fun
Ok so have you ever walked into a room and forgot why you were there or what you were doing? His awkwardness had this vibe! Like he was drawn and some hand said go here look here. Like my thoughts had compelled him to... it was just way too coincidental. I thought about it hard for a few days then thought about other intentions since then. Yeah i was kind of low key looking for him to show up but I didn’t care either way cause of LOA how it works. 3D wont matter either way.
Edit: i made a blanket intention “everyone is in love with me” cause I didn’t see the harm. Thought it would be fun. Listed a few men in there with it. Yeah don’t do that unless you actually want it. So out of the blue, same day another one on my list. We get into this deep discussion about things and the vibes were.. kind of even on the uncomfortable level sort of deep. The deep when you know someone is into you and wants to learn more and more and form a bond. I didn’t mean for that to happen. But he started laughing at all my jokes paying attention to things i even so much as mumbled and pay special attention and was incredibly sweet that day. I didnt like this person that much so it became really awkward. So im finding that now im trying to unintend and im not that good at it! So even if i intend for him not to like me... im stl focusing on him liking me. And so its still hitting subconscious bringing more of it. Ahhhhh. Literally, a few days of intending and THREE different unrelated people started becoming attracted to me. 🥴 be careful!!! ESPECIALLY if you already know you can manifest... even the small things. The big things you think eh let’s just play with this, practice on intending or intending the opposite of the small things and get good at it before change very big things. I remember amanda talking about being out on a boat and trying to paddle the other way “no no go the other way” 😂 it really is like that!! Then you flip to the new reality and its like when you honestly drop the resistance and even try to repel it’s like your manifesting capability becomes a magnet because you mentally now have enough more than you want so viola... you get more of it. Maybe i should just focus on thinking he doesn’t like me.. at least the one that creeped me out, but then maybe he will hate me. Oh crap. This is hard haha i gotta practice more with coffees and 5 dollar bills then come back to intending on revising people.
One of those people was my sp, we had been on very little contact for 2 months and on the same day these two people become smitten, he’d been so dry and minimal and aloof, borderline mean, he comes back and starts sharing EVERYTHING he’d been doing, sending pictures of himself and all the stuff he’d been up to, paid attention to everything i said, he asked a question i skipped over and later comes back “did you answer that question or did i miss it?” And asks me again. Like totally focused on me... what the heck?! Seriously. He changed. Then i did my thing where i said “but you were quiet for weeks it hurt my feelings.” He was a little reactive but i kept intending I’d get my way, and that conversation went so much better than it ever had. I’m at the point i can walk away from it and it doesn’t bother me cause i know he isnt going anywhere. I can change it how i like day to day and if i get busy i can just be busy then if i want him to apologize or acknowledge what i say i can intend that. Its taken 2 years of studying and trial and error. At one point i thought it was all bogus cause nothing was happening but i know what i wanted. I think its when little stuff started happening that I didn’t care either way, my confidence built. Its like Ana was saying. It will eventually just click and you’ll know what works and that it actually DOES work. Actually really easily even if you think it’s so hard now, it’ll work. Keep trying. Mental diet is no joke. Thats when it all changed. When contradictory thoughts crept in, i got in the habit of scolding myself (Thats what works for me) and flipping it on the spot. Thats when it all started happening and i gained control. And it got easy, maybe 1-3 weeks is what it took for mental diet to turn the boat around. Persist persist persist and dont be afraid to intend for all kinds of things just keep assuming you get what you want and dont have to do anything to make it happen. It just always happens the way you want. Since it will happen, it already has happened, so just enjoy your day knowing that.
One thing i did start doing, i talk to myself OUT LOUD in the shower or the car, in third person. I call myself by name and tell myself my intentions. “Anna, everyone loves you. Anna, you get what you want and don’t have to try.” It’s like you become your own motivator or therapist or something and reassure yourself i guess. But when i started doing that it mentally put something outside of me even though it was me, telling me my reality was. Just as i wanted it. I could saying 50 different things and just having the goals in mind that i wanted, they just start flowing. And that made a big difference for me personally. It seemed to build confidence. Even whisper under my breathe at work, as long as my lips are moving I feel the words. It makes a lot of difference as opposed to saying it in my head. Seriously whatever it takes for you to build confidence and feel your intentions being reality is good.
I did also start intending I’d be able to eat oreos and still lose weight. I lost quite a bit but couldn’t keep away from oreos. I said ya know what i like oreos so im gonna keep losing weight even though i eat oreos and milk every other night. Anddddd my plateau broke. Im lighter than ive ever been. I do work out but plateaus happen and you can easily think you’ve reached your full potential... but you can be whatever you wanna be. Honestly.

But today, I was sat dwelling on my reality (why hasn’t he called/messaged it’s been a week, obsessively checking his “last seen online” and his social media to see where he’s at) and I thought to myself okay I need to stop I need to ignore this reality and I click on UA-cam to type in “ignore your reality” and this video pops up as the first recommended video!
Anyway, thank you for this video it really resonated and it’s been super helpful, I’m going to start applying this and you make it sound so natural and effortless which is how it should be ♥️
I've been trying to manifest a relationship with my SP for awhile. With a combination of your techniques, Joseph Alai, and illuminatingjoy I am about to tell him I like him. His best friend and I were talking and I told him I liked SP and he said SP said he liked me so now I'm going to shoot my shot!

Well... I did everything right. No fixation, no worrying... Had complete and utter confidence. Had a date, last minute they cancelled and told me to leave them alone. I'm kinda shook tbh. I had complete confidence 100% of the time.. I did my imaginal scene once every few days for about 10ish minutes.

Crazy! I came across this video and she used my SP's name lol I came across this video for a reason!
I got my sp back after 3 months of trying to manifest and I had a lot blockage he was even at the beach with the 3rd party and every times I thought I got him back I had pushed him away by complaining about third party texting him and thinking they were together I took your advice and I intended him to be with me and only love me I also intended for us to be in a loving, passionate, committed relationship now all he does is show his love for me he even cut the third party off within 2 weeks of doing this and now we are happy it’s like it never happened I was also scripting and meditating.
I heard that we can still create even if we don't believe it, but not believing it is resistance and doubt.. so how is it possible to create something you don't believe?
Because there's a part of u that DOES believe it or that knows. You can say "I don't believe that" in your conscious mind while deep down....feeling it is true...just like we can claim we believe something and it doesn't manifest because within us...there is doubt and disbelief.

Need advice: I've just started a mental diet to attract an "ex" who has blocked me from everywhere except one WhatsApp group with just the two of us on it, but he only ghosts me there (I'm grateful he's still on the group though!). I've been feeling very good the past few days, thanks to Amanda, and today I wished him good luck for his exams. I sent him two texts and he replied with "STOP texting". How do I ignore this reality and continue to focus and believe that he will be back with me?

But Practicing self love is about raising your vibration, something I do in various ways. I don't particularly do self love meditation every day and I still manifest the things I want like crazy. 😃

I love Amanda's videos and her energy. These videos have really helped. I am trying to ignore my reality. My SP and I are getting closer everyday and our feelings are getting stronger. However my SP is still with someone else and I am struggling with that. I feel guilty and that it's wrong. I also don't have the money to stay with my SP and that is a main reason we can't be together. Not sure how to fix this, the guilt of someone else getting hurt, the worry that if my SP could do this with me, would they cheat if we were together and the lack of finances. I guess I am reflective because my SPs partner is there for a week and though they said they would be thinking of me, I am worried of losing everything I have built so far. Thanks for listening

Amanda i have a question. I love to dance and listen the music. As u said and a lot of the law of attraction coach: visualization needs emotion. So if i will imagine me and loved one, (with whom i dont talk in this current 3D reality) to dance with my lovely music, it has more potential to come to reality right? Coz music which i like, it gives me emotion and vizualization gives me the way the things come to reality. What u think?

Hi! I am really struggling today and I have found some answers in your videos. Yesterday I found out that my ex is seeing someone. I have been visualizing but the pain I’m in makes it very hard. I dont know why I manifiested this situation or hearing about it. What can I do when the pain is too difficult to handle and everyone around me says I should just FORGET ABOUT HIM. I feel stupid visualizing someone that is moving on. Please help.
Big hug... You are amazing and powerful. You can change this around. Sit down and write out everything that is negative about your situation then cross them out one by after you change it to what you want. Getting on top of your thoughts is the best thing to do. Also think about all the good things about yourself and write down everything that makes you an awesome person. Focus your thoughts on everything good about u,. And focus your thoughts on him coming back to u. I believe in you. Instead of saying he is moving on.. say he is coming back!
People get ex's back all the time. I have manifested back ex's before. If you think they don't want you, then they don't. Everyone is you pushed out... changing your thoughts will change your life

My manifesting my sp is going the complete opposite. I'm like heartbroken. She only sees me as a good friend. I have done things in the past that made her a little uncomfortable. And said confided in someone who turn on both her n I n said what I said to my sp... my sp forgives me for all of my mistakes. But she has zero romantic interest in me. I'm stuck in my manifesting. If she is me pushed out what mental diets must I do what are some good imaginary act scenarios and congratulatory scene to help alter this reality... I need a deeper understanding of all this. :)
Any tips on how to identify subconscious limiting beliefs? I understand mental diet, but what to do when you don’t know your limiting beliefs? I see minor changes, so i think maybe there’s something subconscious blocking my desire...
