Did you guys know that Aeolia Schenberg's dub voice actor used to play as Char Aznable and his red mobile suit moves so fast in fast? Trans-Am is a shout out and Char Aznable is the good guy while Amuro Ray (his voice actor played Ribbons Almark) is the bad guy.
You are right about Amuro's voice, but not about Char's. Shūichi Ikeda didn't work on 00. But he did work on SEED Destiny, where he played Gilbert Durandal.

Trans am is so interesting and I wish we could explore it way more in the show mabye if they make the other gundam that I think are part of a sub group which I think is in the side manga that would allow us to see more also I think it would be cool if we were able to see the other meysters gain new abilities
Which begs the question; In Witch of Mercury, just WHERE is the Gundam's power originates FROM? At least in Double O, we know it from the GN Drives, which was made from purely theoretical science and what ifs and somehow works in that universe. Witch of Mercury? In 00F we see the side group Fereshte, which backs up the main team from the shadows, basically. They use the 4 2nd gen gundams, and power them with 0 gundam's GN drive. GNY-001F Astraea Type F(ereshte) is upgraded into the F2, where it gains the ability to redirect beams while in trans-am. But it's incrediblt difficult to control, and only so many particles can be controlled at one time.
Aeolia triggered this trans am. Only this first one. It's not made clear why it auto triggered but the trigger for the first trans am was a response to himself (Aeolia) being shot. So it means that his goal of eradicating all wars was not achieved. So the first trans am was simultaneously activated for all active gundams because Aeolia probably assumed that because he was shot, the gundams were likely in battle (at war) so auto activating trans am for all. It's also seen that on the ship for non active Gundam meisters, the big screen was blasting out Aeolia message. So this can prove that Aeolia has set a fail safe that IF HE GETS SHOT, the "supposingly" superior Gundam that he created to end all wars have failed and now have to once again make his gundams the true superior again with trans am.
@@shawnaw2 if i recall correctly there was like a tracking function/beacon? or something to determine if any GN drive is currently operational / not in use so i guess that's how Exia's GN drive got activated as for the seeing from the ship, I feel that it could be spectating Setsuna's screen + comms (idk like remote view or some shit lol) cuz like at this point this was on their own Independent OS after Veda got Compromised so it's not like Aeolia just activated a black box for people running Veda's operating system cuz their current OS isn't based on Veda. and by extension Aeolia's design
