- Roshan from the UK was always inspired by Mahavatar Babaji and the great yogis. He practiced many different Kriya Yoga techniques, but his search for Babaji ended only when he met his Satguru, Paramahamsa Vishwananda, and received his initiation in Atma Kriya Yoga.

I had a friend who told me her five-year old niece saw her picture of Babaji when she came for a visit, and pointed at it all excited and repeated "Babaji! Babaji! Babaji!" She had never had anything to do with Indian religions or anything of the sort.
I had the same experience. I was "drawn" to buy a small postcard picture of Babaji, I didn't even know who it was.
Follow all the living masters as well as those bygone. I first read Autobiography of a Yogi 50 years ago and I have been walking with him ever since. I visited the Temple in San Diego. He was there in the memorial garden. I sat at his feet. It never occurred that he was no longer with us. How could that be possible?
What do you mean by walking with him ? Was he there in real ?
Because Paramhansa Yogananda himself said - "If you think I am near, I would be near"
many devotees emphasis on the need of a living master. From my experience many devotees of Paramahansa yogananda is still getting shaktii path initiation and intuitive direction from Him .
This depends upon the receptivity of the devotee.
It's easy to get directions from a Guru when he is not in his physical form. There is no need for a devotee to follow the timings and His availability.
It's only Love and tuning we need. Becz God is inside us.🙏
Aum Namah Shivaya. Jai Maha Avatar Babaji 🙏🙏🙏🙏 . Autobiography of a Yogi was given to me by my dearest uncle who was a seeker of Truth, a Saint and a follower of Yogoda Satsang Society. Towards the end of his life he saw visions of Maha Avatar Babaji. That book became like a Bible to me in my teens.
Human body is just a instrument to tranfer a person from material,emotional,mental,intellectual , intuitive and spiritual states ultimately to reach the destiny of self realisation. Who am I is the question always pricks a person involved in spiritual field. In the spiritual advancement need of guru is very essential. Let us all have love and blessing of Sri Mahavatar Babaji in the path of spiritual achievements, let us all have enlightenment with the disguised blessing of Babaji. He always guiding us,there will be experiments and experiences in this path.
t's amazing that with my attention span being so short, due to my AHDD, I can actually sit and focus on these videos that are close to an hour long. Last night I watched an entire video on the life of Nisaragadatta Maharaj that was a half hour long-so interesting! I am fascinated by anything and everything related to Kriya Yoga, Zen, Taoism, Buddhism, Christian Mysticism, Sufism, etc. Thank you for your videos.
Autobiography of a Yogi inspired me and change my life. I saw maha avatara Babji in meditation. Maha Avatara Babaji told me . I will someone they teach you kriya yoga that happened within a month. I am really blessed. Now every day I am talking Babaji and do kriya yoga with every day. No words

Autobiography of a Yogi transformed me too. I have started reading lot of Vedantic texts and everyday is a new day for me now with new knowledge and insight. Now I have truly acknowledged where I should move into my life . Just to realise Tat Twam Asi...The Brahm and that is to be achieved thru Kriya yoga

I had goose bumps listening to this interview. Past few weeks i feel Maha Avtar Babaji is calling me. I did not know anything about him and even now i know nothing. But i get goosebumps and i get a tingling feeling all over my body at the mention of Babaji. I have been practicing kundalini for years on and off. I am eager to know where this takes me.

Remember the outer is necessary to get to the inner. Many opportunistic "gurus" wrongly tell people they don't need the outer rituals, discipline and worship. Iow's, the Hindu lifestyle of Karma, Bhakti, Raja to Jnana.

It is strange how the real can become unreal. I am going to make good changes to this world I live in. I was tossed into a situation that was needing answers. It has been lacking love for a while, so we did some waking up to a n illusion caused by very intense feelings that we did not even know we had.

The path of mahavatar babaji is real and so hard too, cause he left the material realm. A true reality situation. I think that the person who come from his name must be very careful with. Especially the one who called them 'his devotee'.
I read "Life of Yogi" 24 years a go.I found Pranayams of Kriya yoga so difficult I gave up.Wish I could continue.

I think it worth mentioning that all true masters are ever-living; (physical) bodily manifestation is not a condition of their unity with cosmic consciousness (or their attunement with their disciples). For example, after physical death, Christ Jesus appeared to Saint Francis, Lahari Mahasaya manifested to several of his disciples; Sri Yukteshwar to Paramahansa Yogananda; Yoganandaji has appeared, as well. Anandamoy Ma said even God's seeming absence (to one's awareness) is a delusion, for there is naught where God is not. 🙏
