I grew up in Dubbo and the Masons lived at the end of our short street. I remember when The Reels made their debut on Countdown in 1979...all the neighbours watched it together in one house. Great memories.
The town should be very proud
Grew up with these guys.....The Reels were undeniably one our great live acts.....The Wiggles meets Devo. Fantastic
A great live act ? too funny . These guy are better than the Who !
Right On
I remember seeing this on Countdown......pure positive energy!
Had the Reels and many other Aussie bands of the 70s and 80s been around now.. and on the internet., they would be world beaters I'd say😊😊
Really good band, and a great era of Australian music.
The days when I could jump up and down like that for 3 minutes.
Yep! He could sing the whole day through, too!! Wow.
I still jump up and down for some songs... The floor shakes s bit more these days, though! ; )
I used to see them live all the time in the 1980s. Their music still retains its life and energy.
I used to play this song prior to going out to party . I miss those days but I miss me the most .
One of the best outfits to come out of Dubbo!💙🧡❤️
Woah. Totally digging the keyboardists funky shades.
Heard these guys on Radio Australia. Saw the US album, in a used record shop. It was pretty kickass, especially some of the non-single tracks. Quirky, but it rocked, too.
I just can't imagine it rocked .
OMG I LOVE THIS, WONDERFUL MEMORIES!
my favourite band when I was 19. Jump Club Collingwood. Machinations second Pseudo Echo third, but the Pseuds became my faves later

Your thoughts of brilliance is very different than mine .
It’s a quantum universe 😊
I remember watching this....from Dubbo and not a cowboy hat to be seen.....Dave Mason one of the most underrated talents
