Some are homeless by choice, some are homeless because of mental or emotional problems that they refuse treatment for, some are homeless because of poor choices that they've made and some are homeless because of how they treated others. Not all are homeless because of some societal failure.

Makes me shudder to think of the scale of rights abuses on the public before smartphones. Judges only really started to question law enforcement narratives quite recently. Prior to the many thousands of videos being published of cops misbehaving, acting criminally, lying, bullying etc a judge would have had no reason not to accept their version of events. Some are homeless by choice, some are homeless because of mental or emotional problems that they refuse treatment for, some are homeless because of poor choices that they've made and some are homeless because of how they treated others. Not all are homeless because of some societal failure.

I would bet that if you asked 20 cops, 19 of them wouldn't be able to in any way articulate the first 10 amendments.
What's crazy is Jeff has been around doing this for years. Has filed and won several lawsuits. You would think the cops would be informed and educated by the department by now. Goes to show the incompetence and disregard for civil rights flows from top to bottom.

I have seen maybe a thousand Audits and this is the best one. It shows the discourse between PDs and civilians. The first officer would have gone "hands on" and arrest you regardless of camera and second officer would too if no camera. The PD didn't care what is legal and the lawn sign tells us it is from the top down.
It infuriates me to see LEOs answer a call, be subjective, then call to find out what they should do when they should already know.
All it really shows is that a lot of people that have been saying cops are mentally challenged are right they really are stupid

Jeff, If you didn’t record, the outcome would be different and the two cops camera footage would be missing or mysteriously deleted, the same way Epstein video were lost(Twice). One cop was gloving up to teach a lesson to the local citizenry
100%. I had to go to court for something and my lawyer requested all the police station video footage of that night and guess what, zero videos ever could be found.
I like the way jeff blasted the security guard at the end. Theres the problem…poorly trained security personnel.
