As a student of Govet. music college Marredpally secundrabad could learn some music in my childhood. There there was an APARA DRONACHARYA called Lokanadha sharma whose job was only to hurt sensitive students.I had to discontinue my music due to such selfish teachers. I am 58 years old now and i would like to play the same on the veena where can I get the transcription of the swaras? Please ? Can any kind and noble soul please post it on You Tube. shankarabharanam without gamakas are called as western major scale

After my respected teacher, you are the only person I found interpreting this the right way.
Most people (including big singers for the record, lets not take names here) quickly conclude the C-major exclusively is Sankarabharam, and thats such a blunder. Raga played on any scale will have the same melodic behaviour, and raga is not synonymous with the term scale right.. :)
