I’ve seen parents who didn’t create fear and their kids have children everywhere. I think with parenting everyone tries their best. It’s easy to blame the parents but let’s not forget that many of us discriminate single mothers too.. I think in this case its poverty,shame. Look at their living situation. How would they care for the child? I really do not believe the boy. Without a job, how would he have taken care of the child? I think it was a plan gone wrong.
