Go for alternatives like 100gm of soyachunks(54.4 gm protein approx) but only two-three times a week and then choose paneer, eat sprouts and other lentils which are sprouted. And if you are non vegetarian then you can also add fish(salmon or other protein rich seafood) > chicken > mutton > other red meat. You might be consuming enough protein but if isn't absorbed by your body its of no use so improve your eating habbits.
Restrict your calorie intake mainly carbohydrate, increase protein intake and perform any form of resistance training like push ups and pull ups will help you lose fat fast👍
i am not a trainer or expert but i can suggest you to do jogging first with slow speed...easy going..for 1 month atleast as your weight is high so you can't just start with running fast.......after 1 month you can increase your speed slowly in sets
